I had paid for my sub and had to ask for a refund. The cashier went to make my sub and did not wash her hands, put on gloves, played in her hair and rub down her apron. Yes all with her gloves on. Refund and I left.

Big fan of the pulled pork sandwich they are offering right now, but have had other sandwiches from Firehouse subs, and all have been good. Service seemed a bit slow for this visit, but aside from that, food was all good, and love the firehouse theme in these restaurants. Will continue to be a customer of this chain.

Work close. First time told a half hour wait I took it as a glitch. 10 people working and told 45 minutes to make a sub tells me that my 3 times a week visits must be taxing thier staff too much.

This place is a joke. You step in front of the register and they make you wait 5 minutes before placing an order meanwhile there are people doing nothing. The people look miserable working there and almost gave me attitude for no reason, great way to start a problem. Not to mention they messed up my order not once, but twice two different times. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

Careful in the parking lot if you have a long vehicle, it’s a little tight. Food is good. Customer service is good. Always a pleasant experience. If you need 5gal buckets they are on site for nice low price.

No hot sauce?? Last ate here pre Covaids when the gimmick was a hot sauce bar to spice up the sandwich. Now they have one corn-syrup based sauce that’s disgusting, and the “brisket” is a fatty Arby’s style meat. Why would anyone go here anymore? I inquired about the hot sauce, but the deer-eyed stoners behind the counter don’t remember how the world used to be… A good analogy for every public facing business these days.Vegetarian options: Meat and fat flavor without actual meat!Dietary restrictions: Serve non-meat brisket for vegetarians.

Came in and ordered dinner to go for me and my Dad. Get to his apartment and set our dinner out. I had ordered the bbq/slaw sandwich. Only there was no bbq on it! Tried calling the store 7 times! Drove back over there and the girl that fixed it to start with said Oh I can fix that. Seriously! The man who I can only assume was some kind of manager did offer a very INsincere apology. And gave me a refund only after I asked for it. What incompetentence!!!
