I've always loved five guys but I'm done with them. The prices are just absolutely outrageous. $36 for 2 little cheeseburgers, 1 drink, 1 shake, and 1 fry. And tip is now mandatory, at least 15% so $44!!!!!.. Do better 5 guys.. It's like tipping at McDonald's. Would you ever? FOR A $36 FAST FOOD MEAL FOR 2?

Hello,This place is a joke. Not funny when your paying $35+ for food. Online ordering is pointless. Followed all instruction. Clicked button I'm leaving my house, 3 minutes away clicked button I'm here. Went inside 5 people in front of me. When I finally get to register I say online pick up for Louis. Cashier yells "online pick for Louis". Sit and wait. 15 to 20 min go by everyone else has received food by now. Guy looks at me what are you waiting for. Uh Louis online order pick up. My burgers were in a bag siting there the whole time. Now only mildly warm. I was so pissed just took it and left. Got home both sandwiches were wrong. Not driving all the way back. So pissed this is the second incident here. I'm a cop and military wife is a lawyer. She was like why did you not check it. I'm not sitting in my car pulling freaking burgers apart. I'm not paying these super high prices for McDonald's service. This is sad. I'm just fired up now. Clearly ordering online helps speed up nothing. Its pointless. My goal is to post on every social media platform that I have how bad this place is. Need someone to whip this place into shape. Not a bunch of kids playing around. Ridiculous. Had this five guys several times before and it was great. This time was different. My wife and I both got food poisoning. I THREW UP FIVE TIMES. Pretty crazy coming from FIVE GUYS.

It's sooo expensive. Literally $15 for a 'little' burger (one patty - no fixin's), 'little' fries, and a 22oz fountain drink. I'm sorry, but it's gunna be a while before I'm back. Other than that, food was tasty with moderate foot traffic in the store. Jan 2024

Of all the 5 Guys I been to this branch is the stingiest with the fries. Ordered a large and it barely fit the cup. I had to purchase another order for just me and my wife.

2nd chance for this location within the past few months. Always go just for the fries and it’s worth the wait for them to cook them to order. . Usually they give you piping hot product, overflowing bag, ample Cajun seasoning. Past 2 times I’ve spent almost $12 for only fries and they hardly filled the cup. They were overcooked, almost burnt withered things, , and had hardly any seasoning. The most recent visit, the order was ready in less than a minute. Not freshly made.. I swear the cook just threw some old regular leftover fries from lunch in my bag and sprinkled a dash cajun over them. They were almost cold, and hard/ again overcooked. One of the food workers from the back rang up my order (no designated cashier), and did so with visibly oily, greasy gloves. Did not remove to handle the money and went to the back afterwards without donning a new pair. The dining floor was visibly dirty as well with large food bits under the tables. Yuck. I work too hard for my money to continue spending here.
