Came on a Saturday night. Very few customers in the restaurant. Only ONE waitress in the entire place. Tried to be patient. Stood there for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. When she finally did we stood for another 20 minutes and we never got seated! WE LEFT!! I understand being short handed but where was the manager!!! And On a Saturday night! Shame on you Genghis!

I have been to this location a few times, and the service is slow. Today I went in and this poor girl working host, bar, and tables. I watch tables she had to bust. She had no help. Maybe two people in the kitchen. Food sitting on the counter. Do better! She shouldn't have to do all that on a Saturday.

Over an hour and 20 min wait to get food , ordered food didn't come as showed on menu was told it was discontinued bowl after they tried to make it , no sour cream when it states sour cream on the menu , no alcohol drinks tonight either , poorly staffed.

Based on the previous reviews that I failed to seek out before this visit - corporate needs to just lock the door and call this location a tax write off, or whatever you do when something is a total loss.I should have turned around and left when a strange smell greeted us at the door.But i didn’t.I should have turned around and left when both bathroom soap dispensers were completely devoid of any evidence of soap. And the sanitizer dispenser I headed to as a plan b - was also bone dry.But I didn’t.I should have turned around and left when most of the items for the build-your-own-bowl were either far-from-fresh or not there at all.But I didn’t.I ALMOST got up and left because we were the only table sat, and our food sat at the counter waiting to be cooked for 20 mins.When I finally got up to leave, my children and I were still hungry. And for the price this nightmare cost me we could have had an actual Asian feast nearly anywhere else.$13 for that tiny scoop of food pictured below - that resulted from me filling the thimble they supply you with to create your meal. Never again.And -FYI the hostess told another table that came in as we were leaving that their bar was closed because they lost their liquor license.

Second time here and the service is awful. Wait staff always has an attitude. They are always out of something. Just got my vegetarian meal with no veggies in it. When I asked about it she responded with we are out of those too. Waste of money.

Shamellda, Mel, and Chris are Rockstar. This trio really bustle to meet customer's needs. My waitress didn't hesitate to jump in at the grill to help Chris. Chris was caring and concerned about allergies, and I really appreciated that.

Wasn’t really all that great of a time here and let me explain. First time here, was greeted, seated, given menus all that jazzWaitress took mine and my partners orders, no problemsWhen our food started getting to our table we weren’t given any utensils or napkins at first so we had to eat our potstickers with our fingers (were very hot btw with our fingers)Were given to-go plastic silverware after our bowls were at our table, when he had to ask. They were out of quite a bit of food options (rice noodles, sauces, veggies, meat options)Waitress only came to check up on us twice through our entire meal there. Over all felt it was really didn’t stand up to par with previous restaurants of a similar variety, and felt it was very overpriced, considering the circumstances

We come here quite often and the food is always good. Plenty of meaty options along with plenty of veggies. Heather has always been so kind and always have conversations with me and my family while we dine in and it makes our experience so good I would recommend anyone to try out this place!!!

Food was way too salty. This was a delivery order, and the was no calamari and very few noodles in the bowl. Probably won’t order again

The food is always great. I love the healthy but flavorful options. The service was good. I would not recommend ordering online. The payment system is not the best and can charge you twice if you’re not careful. Hopefully the situation is resolved when my payment post.Dietary restrictions: Has other carb options other than cauliflower rice. Has a lot of vegetables to choose from and proteins.
