I didn't get much help out of the website all they had to Order from was birthday and summer/patriotic cakes so I called looking for a football cake. Lady told me they have one that was red and blue end zones with a football in the middle I said that is perfect I need red and blue for our team. I asked for red and blue end zone will Bills on one end and mafia on the other end. She asked did I want the white and brown writing and I asked in stead of brown just do blue and red. I pick up the cake 2 hours before my banquet after driving 45 mins to get this cake and getting lost cause they are inside of marble slabs (would have nice for the lady to say that seeing this place is in the middle of downtown Greenville) I open the cake and it's completely white and brown NO RED AND BLUE at all ?. There was only one worker inside and he didn't really know how to handle it and asked if I knew who the decorator was I said no sir I don't but clearly there is nothing that can be done and now I'm an hour away from my banquet so I had no choice but to take the cake. Don't get me wrong it was nicely decorated but it wasn't what I wanted. Very unhappy with it and hope next time I can get what I was told they had which was a football field with blue and red end zones.

It's now 2022, just in case Marble Slab Creamery doesn't know. Their only vegan or non-dairy selections are sorbet, and just 2 flavors. For the last 10 years, other creameries understand that people either want an animal-friendly alternative, or dairy doesn't agree with them. I get it, it's the south, most people clearly don't care about their health. Either way, Marble Slab should give the people what they want. All 3 of us wanted non-dairy for various reasons, so we moved on to the next shop.
