The young man working the drive thru was very courteous, but the food was horrible *Not the fault of the young man*. The bun and cheese were cold. The burger itself was barely warm.. Took a few bites, but wound up giving it to my dogs. They really liked the treat, so it wasn't a complete waste of money..

The West Parker location team members have the best polite,courteous attitudes and I appreciate it. The hot, fluffy fresh tasting biscuits are the best at this location.To team member who's making the biscuits, thank you.(tastes like the1980's)Maybe you can be the biscuits baking instructor to some of the other locations?PS I drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction of two other locations.
The service at this Hardee’s is exceptionally superior to other stores. The staff is always friendly and eager to please. The store is clean and the food is fresh and flavorful. I only come to this store because of the staff and service provided. The GM and assistant GM and every staff member are so courteous!!

We frequent here a few times a month and they never seem to get our orders right. Today they gave me my mushrooms Swiss with two bun tops in stead of a bottom bun, and my boyfriend got 2 bun bottoms on his sandwich, like come on yall!?
