The food could have been better. It smelled when we arrived, but the customer service and the music were excellent. It could use some work, but I would go back!

I ordered through door dash and I was not satisfied. $22.00 for an oxtail plate with very little oxtails . 4 to be exact with no meat on them. If you’re going to be pricey make sure it’s enough food on the plate. They weren’t very tasty either.

This place never has food at no time of the day. It's awful to drive around for 15 minutes at least for parking, only to come in this place and they don't even have the small basics of food, like "beef patties" and drinks. Just shut this place down; it's not serving the consumers in the least bit. It's always a waste of time going there, when they are out of EVERY THING!!!! It doesn't matter what time you go either, it's always the same.

Visited on March 18th. Only one person was working and he handled in house customers as well as carry-out orders. Food was good but the meat was a little tough (could have been due to microwaving to rewarm). Would go back again. My family tried the jerk lamb, jerk chicken, oxtail and ackee & cod fish.

Not the same owner.New people are Nasty roaches under menus crawling cross counter and nasty attitudes towards longtime customers. they don't listen when u order.i order jerk wings andand specifically told him wings because I know how they do..but they Give you what they think you should want a thigh as usual..then lied to my face and say that's what I ordered. Never will return they nasty now..didnt care they lost a 20 yr customer. It's a front resteraunt now. Who knows what!!! they doing. Its not focusing on customer service.. Raised prices added terrible service. And it's not cabbage it's carrots hope you aren't allergic ?Miss the old owners. I'll forever give them bad reviews because they deserve it for ruining a good restaurants name. Ask for jerk wings watch what they give you..and then gonna say sorry we out. It was very hard to leave this review because I want to go back and try again but idk. The very first time my best friend brought me we got the ox tails and curry chicken it was delicious! Or waiters were nice food was good atmosphere was good! My daughter came home from there navy and I was like we gotta try this restaurant considering we were limited on time we ordered online to pick it up it charged us 3x for the meal ok no problem I called them to figure it out they said if they don’t accept the order it will go away I’m like ok cool. I call right back to order over the phone seeing we had issues online the man picks up aggravated I guess he seen me call back I asked if I could just call it in he said “Na he was doing something and was about to go on break” I just hung up in embarrassment. That was so unprofessional.

The server didn’t know much about the menu or serving sizes . The food especially the jerk chicken was Amazing and I highly recommend it . They overcharged me for a drink because I quickly switched my drink . He had already poured it and I didn’t Mind paying for the second drink burn He said it was free but then overcharged me. Fair enough. Need to be more honest as servers . The atmosphere was laid back and good vibes
Please hear me clearly - the food here is 5 stars! This is seriously some of the best food I’ve eaten. They have a traditional Jamaican menu including but not limited to jerk chicken, curry goat, plantains and rice and peas. After having it once you will crave it again soon after because there’s simply nothing like it! The atmosphere is lacking and that’s the main reason for the 4 star review, but it’s still very much so worth it to try and if you’re like me, sit somewhere in beautiful downtown Greenville to enjoy it!

I ordered online, paid and when I got there I was told they never received the order. Waited another 20 minutes to get food and it was mediocre, anybody can cook some chicken and put jerk sauce on it!! They never apologized since obviously it’s their normal practice to do business in such poor manner! My first time getting food here, never again!!

I had an amazing time. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The chicken meal with rice was bursting with delicious flavors, and the beef patties were absolutely divine. Definitely planning to return for more!
