After going today and seeing the employees touching all the sandwich ingredients with gloves, then using those same gloves to touch the cash register (and likely take cash payments), I kind of lost my appetite and left.Two stars because they were at least friendly!

Who ever they have working on 3/6/24 at 5pm. Needs to rehire personnel. The one guy cutting the meat was in a bad mood, slinging bread around getting upset if someone ask a question. Not professional at all. The atmosphere was dead.

Ordered two subs tonight for dinner by delivery through the Jersey Mikes app. Received only one sub. The delivery guy also stated he would call into the store due to the error. Called the shop who stated nothing could be done and we had to go through the app to file a complaint. The staff did not help to resolve the issue.I would love for someone to reach out to us about this issue and would be glad to share the order ID. How can a consumer feel confident about using the app and only be turned away when half their order arrives?

The girl with the pinkish hair who worked 11/11/23 around 8pm is extremely rude, lazy and in need of a coaching. Started with her lack of patience with the customer in front of me who had a coupon that expired. There’s better approaches then trying to embarrass a young kid. When it came to me for some reason she cut a big chunk of an already half loaf. I thought maybe it was damaged, and she was too lazy to exchange it and didn’t think i noticed. I indeed noticed and she with a showcase of aggression and attitude asked me “if I wanted it or not?” after I mentioned the bread. Me paying my money to fill her pockets at a job she signed up for should not have been met with that attitude. I calmly asked her to exchange the bread and she did by slamming it down. Then she proceeded to give me provolone cheese when twice already I told her I want to American cheese. Her response when I corrected her was “well ok” with an eye roll. She proceeded to make my sandwich, which I’m sure I had less meat, which was actually fine with me. I usually take meat out of my sandwiches. She had an attitude all the way through. However, the other lady who I met to give my money was very pleasant and I mentioned that if her coworker doesn’t like her job, maybe she should get another one. Before I left out, she tossed the bread that she was going to give to me All around the counter and mumbled insults. There’s too many other establishments where I can get a regular sub rather than having to deal with this girl who is obviously miserable in life. I’m usually met with great attitudes here but with her…Jersey. Mike’s idk

Terrible service. Sunday November 26th, 2023 12:35 PM. I ended up walking out. The woman working was beyond cranky. I loved going to this Jersey Mike's. After this I will never go back to ANY Jersey Mike's. Why can't people understand there is competition. Treat people with respect. Bye, Bye Jersey Mike's. Definitely won't miss you!!!!!!

I have ate here once a week for years and the food has always been good and the staff is very friendly. However, tonight I experienced awful customer service. The lady I ordered my food from had pink hair and I couldn’t catch her name. She was VERY rude and snapped at me because I didn’t tell her what toppings I wanted on my hot sub before she packaged it even though she walked away and never asked and then just came back with the subs. I proceeded to ask her if I could get toppings and felt I asked nicely, but she rolled her eyes and said “I mean I guess, but you were supposed to tell me before I was done”. When I told her I wanted mayo on them she proceeded to throw mayo packets in my bag, slide it to me and told me to have a good night. Incredibly POOR customer service.

We live in Greer but were in the Taylors area today and felt like checking this location out. I'm going to be completely honest here. The place was in complete disarray when we got there. Looked like Doordash and online orders buried them. Plus they had about 10 of us in line. They could not handle it. I've been in this situation before and I give them mad respect because even though they looked lost they kept it together and ultimately tried their hardest to do a good job. It fell short but I 100% give them an A for effort. Upper management needs to get them help, I know that's hard to do these days but they needed help. I certainly appreciated their effort. Food was great by the way. I hope to try this location again one day and bump the rating up to 5 stars. Upper management help these guys out!!

Staff here are great and sandwiches are excellent. Very allergen friendly. I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. They have gluten free rolls and are trained to wipe down equipment and avoid any cross contamination. And they were happy to do so! Thanks Jersey Mikes!Dietary restrictions: Great for Gluten Free options!

The subs are always nasty in the evening. I asked for a stickball and two females started laughing and looking confused! How you get ball and bowl confused?? Trying to make me look crazy but you can’t because I get the same sandwich all the time. Nobody EVER asked me what that sandwich was! How you don’t know what’s on your menu serving to customers??? I’ll NEVER go back and spend my money. Hope they don’t never quit their day job.

Manager Verbally Assaults EmployeeSaturday 8/19 I went in to get my sandwich this afternoon and witnessed a Manager very loudly and verbally berate an employee in front of the WHOLE store over stocking chips etc.. I have never seen such an angry unhinged man with an attitude yell at a young teenager before. What happened to speaking to employees on the side? I would call corporate but I would rather tell the locals how the manager treats employees so everyone can beware! I definitely do not support businesses where managers are allowed to treat employees so harshly.
