The ambiance was beautiful for a Mother's Day brunch. The problem was with a later reservation they actually ran out of food, and served us old, cold food that was rummaged through and failed to replenish the buffet. Even the omelette cooks took off. For $50 a person I wanted more than grits and noodles. The proteins were taken by other guests. No shrimp for the grits no salmon no beef tenderloin no fruit no oysters. It was a bit disappointing. My wife enjoyed her brunch and that's all that matters on Mother's Day. I think they had it right earlier but a 1:30 reservation is not the way to go. Pure scraps. We were told they were gifting champagne bottles. Nope. Not true. This event clearly was mismanaged. Need a change of management sooner rather than later.

Went for Mother's day brunch. Wish we'd gone somewhere else. We walked in, to a lukewarm welcome (at best) from the hostess. (This was only our 2nd time here, the first being for dinner during Restaurant Week and the hostess then, was less than welcoming.) The Mother's Day brunch was lacking. Had to wait 5 minutes on plates as there were none. The food/buffet lay out had no organization and everyone found it rather confusing. The food quality was lacking with few choices. The buffet stations weren't being kept up with. Both times when we went into the separate room to fix our plates the stations were always picked over, leaving very little to choose from. My wife ordered coffee, which was lukewarm. They don't even offer iced tea at all....not on their menu I guess. The title of the brunch was supposed to be "Mother's and Moet" where they advertised they were going to give away 3 hand-painted bottles of Moet & Chandon champagne. We were there at 12:15 and I asked our server about the giveaway. She was absolutely clueless, like she knew nothing about it. There were no announcements or signage about it while we were there. When she finally returned to our table, she said that she had been told that they were going to announce the winners of the champagne giveaway "at a later date", like THEY didn't even know. My gut tells me the giveaway promotion was only a ploy to get people in and nobody's getting any champagne. It took forever to get our final check as we were ready to get out of there. Once we got our check and paid the bill, we asked for a receipt. It took forever to get it (they weren't that busy) and I had to go to the bar and get it myself. The buffet price was 50.00 per person. No mimosas were included. Worst 100.00 ever spent. We won't be back.

We arrived a little early but were seated right on time. The restaurant was beautiful. All the floral arrangements, the ambiance, the atmosphere made Mother's Day a wonderful event. The brunch was delicious. We will certainly be a frequent guest.

We had a great experience. Our server was very attentive and took very good care of us. Food was delish. Only observation is that the entre's came out VERY quickly when we had barely started the appetizer. Imallfor quick ticket tones but this was just too quick.

Our waiter was not good. He told us he forgot to take our order the brought four shareable out all of once when we asked him to put them in one at a time and then everything was cold.

We really enjoyed our drinks but the food was just okay. Service was very good and the food came out quickly. We enjoyed the ambience with all the flowers but only two sections had flowers from the ceiling and I feel like they could have done more throughout. Overall it was good but definitely overrated.

I always enjoy Juniper's food, drinks, and atmosphere, however my reservation was not honored so I was very disappointed. My sister came into town and I was very excited to take her so I reserved a table specifically imside for the atmosphere. When I arrived I was told they did not have a table for us inside anymore because a party that was sitting at the fire pits outside requested to move inside and took our table due to rain, however, the outside patio is covered with a retractable shade that stops the rain. So it seems to me that the party just wanted to be inside and instead of telling them they could not accommodate that they gave out table away so I was extremely disappointed. If the other party had been truly getting rained on I would have understood as you can't control weather but they weren't so it just seems to me that reservations for certain sections don't mean much and won't be honored.

Overall our experience was great. Amazing atmosphere, incredible view, delicious drinks, and our waitress was responsive and helpful. The only thing that wasn't amazing was that as we stepped off the elevator and were captivated by the beauty we were greeted by a woman who was curt, rude and almost hostile. The hostess was lovely , but this woman stood next to the hostess station (almost like a bouncer). She seemed annoyed that we came up to the desk to let her know we had arrived for our reservation and told us to get in line...having never been here before we didn't realize everyone gets in the line (with or without reservations). Ok, we got in line... but then watched her treat couple after couple in the same rude manner including a very sweet, very elderly couple who had arrived to attend a private party. It was an effort for them to get to the hostess desk in the first place only to be pushed away when all they needed was to be pointed to their private event that had already started. This one woman created a very bad first impression and probably isn't the ideal person to be greetings your guests. Lucky everyone and everything else compensates for her behavior. They just probably shouldn't have to.

My waiter was awesome. I think there should be pictures with the reservation site because I would have chose something different. We at outside but had the tiny tables and it wasn't very roomy.

Went to Juniper for my wife's birthday. We made reservations and we're seated on time. The service was outstanding. Our cocktails were very good. The food was fantastic. We had the spicy shrimp appetizer. For dinner she had the birria tacos and I had the jambalaya. All the dishes were so good and worthy every penny. The only downside was a group seated near us that had imbibed enough to become irritating but the manager was quick to react. Overall I highly recommend if you are looking for a high end night out.

Food was great, drinks too... But service has trailed off... Not the kind of service you expect from your waiter... or even the front desk just saying "thanks for coming" when you are leaving, when you're paying a premium.

Food is very inconsistent! I've been multiple times for brunch and something is always made differently. I visited last weekend, grits were undercooked and still hard. But the potato's were great and seasoned and crispy. Visited this weekend, chicken tenders were almost burnt and very hard/ over fried! The potato's this weekend were very soft and bland, no season or anything on them compared to last week. The grits were better. But I do brunch a lot and whenever I like something it just a never the same on the next visit! Need to have consistency with each dish! Because ppl look forward to the sam things when the visit.

Amazing rooftop bar / restaurant with city views and gorgeous interior. Loved the little fire pits and wide selection of drinks. Our server was very friendly and quick + checked in on our group frequently. Overall, this is a great place to spend a night with friends.

I purchased IGLOO experience tickets in December through Open Table. Open Table terms stated that cancellations or modifications must be made through the restaurant. The experience was $600 plus 20% gratuity - $720 total. I attempted prior to the reservation date to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Juniper daily for weeks, emailed them, sent messages through the AC hotel, and sent messages to their facebook page with no one willing to help. I tried to dispute it with my bank and I lost the dispute because the bank was told I received the service. The way Juniper has handled this situation is awful, they just don’t care. I’m still hopeful to get my money - as I’ve appealed with the bank.

Would love to talk about my experience but it does not exist. We had a reservation that needed to be moved or canceled, but NOBODY would/will communicate with us. How does a restaurant run with no communication? I am still working on getting my $750 worth of service or refund.
