Terrible rude unprofessional employees claimed they weren't taking no more orders and if he did it's going to be an hour and a half wait. I had 2 Uber Eats orders right off they said no orders . Normally from a place like that I've ordered there before for myself would have been well worth the wait great food well worth the money but simply because they were so rude they had other individuals backing them up not sure if they were employees or just waiting customers. Because of that I lost good money off two orders from ubereats and I continuously kept getting order cards for delivery from Liberty Cafe and that was about seven or eight more orders that I had to turn down because of that and it lost me $200 or more don't go there they're rude and just because of that will keep me away and definitely don't go there if you got Uber Eats delivery. The owner should know they cost them good money and me good money and I definitely won't be back because of the way I was treated. You need to fix it quick are you going to go bankrupt because of those employees. Good luck with that I won't be back and should no one else either also to the owner i know for a fact other restaurants doesn't have an awful policy make you leave it was originally take-out everywhere I've been is ready and encouraging to eat in IT'S GOOD FOR BUSINESS... WAKE UP OR GO BANKRUPT.... YOU DESERVE IT!!!

Let me start off by saying, the customer service sucks you got the rudest ugliest people working for your establishment.They were going to charge me a dollar for one pack of ketchup now I know the cost of living is going up but it shouldn't cost $1 for one pack of ketchup I left that establishment very upset I would never go back there again Sign an angry customer ?????

Never again will I order from this restaurant!! The food was horrible! I ordered spanikopita it was grease smelled horrible . The food looked and tasted like it sat out all day then cooked in a dirty frying pan. Then I called them to tell them the food was bad and asked for my money back and they said we cannot return the money unless I return the food. I'm at a hotel on the ninth floor . No car they delivered the food so took the food a left the bag . They picked it up and a hour later called me and asked again why I was returning the food . I repeated to the Manager what I said to his employee she denied saying if I returned the food they would return the money then they hung up on me . I called back and they hung me again. I'm only giving a star because the cite requires it .

I didn't even know about this place till tonight I drive for Uber eats. They are open till 3 AM and they have such a wide variety of food. I was really unhappy about the service today.I’ve been coming to Liberty since it first opened, and often refer people to the cafe as well.Whoever the barista is with long brown hair left me in complete frustration today.I took a bite out of my monte cristo sandwich, and the ham tasted very off. Like it had spoiled. And when I smelled it, my nose said “Don’t eat that!”I’ve been in service industry for over twenty years and never have I been treated with such disrespect and annoyance.She told me “we’ve been serving it all morning and it’s fine. And it’s probably just the Gruyère.”Well I’ve eaten Gruyère many times in life , and I know it wasn’t that.The ham was simply not good.Whatever the reason, if a guest isn’t happy with their food, it takes no effort to simply find something to satisfy the guest regardless of the complaint.She was rude, and I am considering whether or not I will come back at this point if I see her working.I want to feel safe to know that after years of supporting a business, the one time I have an actual complaint, it would be heard and honored.That is all.

How could I not say the convenience of the nice little eatery. They are open during the hours 3-5 am and delivery almost anywhere as long as the food and money can be safely collected. Slightly pricey but well worth it due to the convenience of there service. I have been a customer for a very long time and they always deliver and never let me down whenever I needed a steak, shrimp, or calamari at 3:30 AM. Love it!!!Vegetarian options: Steamed or salted veggies, veggie pizza, Mediterranean options.Parking: Right in front of the building or within the facility.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. The owner has a few little ones and completely understands.Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level with plenty of room in the dinning area

Was there last night had a call in order said it would be 25 min got there waited another 30 min before the sat my food out and let it get cold so the cook was mad and she drop my wings and wedges back in the grease and made them hard and greasy af and that greese need to changed also the guy in the front did what he could him being the only on up front tryna take all those order phenomenal guy
