What's so hard about cutting a pizza? 4 pizzas and not one of them are cut all the way through

Pizza portable is great.Every time I order extra cheese it's noticeable that I didn't receive it.

Ordered a pretzel crust & received a regular crust with salt on it instead. The girl I spoke to was kind. But she said they must have mixed up an order. Which I find very hard to believe that someone wanted regular crust with salt? Weird but ?.

35 minutes before close and they won't take online orders, they answer the phone and then hang up, then they won't answer the phone at all. From the reviews, I'd say there are some very special (lazy) employees there. I guess that is what you get when you have young kids nowadays managed by people who should choose a different career. Papa John for the win. Thanks Little Ceasars.

A very busy place. I think it must be making pretty good. But they could hire some more staff.

Went in for two hot and ready pizzas, and was immediately told it was a 10-15 minutes wait (which honestly should’ve been a red flag immediately, but that’s on me for not leaving). During my wait, which ended up being 25 minutes, all I saw and heard were kids goofing around and being loud. As a customer who’s already waiting for a product that is advertised as being “ready”, I was less than thrilled, but it obviously explained why I was having to wait. Of course there’s not enough pizzas ready when your staff is busy messing around. And to add insult to injury, one of the pizzas was so sloppily put together. Toppings mostly on one side. Just an all around abysmal experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, and urging others to go somewhere else as well.

Came and brought an extra best pepperoni pretzel crust and this is what I received. Got it on my way to work and was told on the phone that I had to bring the whole pizza back anytime just to get a replacement. Meanwhile there’s all this salt for the pretzel but where’s the pretzel crust? You only had one job how could u not see the pretzel was missing when you poured it

Terrible service, the young woman who helped me was very upset, I work in construction and I can't get to the place clean so she looked me up and down with a disgusted face, if I'm stained with paint it doesn't mean I don't have money to buy... she is racist, she understood me on September 4, 2023 at 1:15 AM and she didn't even give me a ticket, she turned around and left me waiting.

Good pizza, fast and polite service. Had to come to this one in Powdersville because the one on Augusta Street is never open any more. Says they're open, get there and no one in store. Worth the drive to this one. I'll be back.

The afternoon/evening manager needs to consider a different career path. This one is not for him. Totally clueless when it comes to customer service. It reflects on some of the crew as well. One day I order through the app and the app has issues getting the price right, so I give up on it and go to the store and order in person. They won’t accept a coupon deal for my in person order and tell me to order on the app I told them it’s not working. I show them the coupon price, but they won’t accept it. It was for a free crazy bread. So rather than arguing with them over a 10 cent doughball. I told them to forget about it and I gave my business to another pizza place. After a month goes by. I thought maybe I would give them another try. This time, the app/coupon works and I get my free crazy bread with my order. However, when I get home, I see that it has no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese on it, just plain bread. So I save it for them to bring back the next day. The manager wanted to put butter/cheese on that same bread from the one I took back to them which is now a day old. They asked if I wanted a new order of bread, which I said of course. Common sense and good customer service should have been applied here.I should have looked at it before I left (my fault). They gave me a reject miniature order (see picture) in place of my already messed up order.2 strikes.I’ll give them another few months to get themselves together. I’m sure that manager won’t work out and should be gone by then.
