I asked for fresh fries twice and they still re dropped old fries and put them in my order. Nothing I got was fresh. Y'all need to start counting..

The food is terrible. Taste like the fryer oil was last changed in 2010.The food is much overpriced, and it took sooooo long (that's the "Long" in Long John Silver's ?) to get the food.I could probably overlook all of that, but the truth is that this has been a staple for Long John Silver's for the past several years.I keep telling myself that I am never going back again, but inevitably I do. I guess that I am hoping that one day the skies will open, the rainbow will pop out, and Long John Silver's will finally figure out how to run a restaurant again.I know what Long John Silver's can be, as they used to be one of my favorite restaurants to frequent, but now,...... the fast food is slooow, the prices are ridiculous for the quantity of food which you receive, and the quality of the food brings shame upon fish worldwide.Honestly Long John Silver's, the best thing that you can do now is to simply close up shop, shut the doors, and go out of business while you still have a bit of dignity left.

I do not like eating there. Because, the food is too greasy for me. But, my oldest sister loves to eat there. So, I buy it for her. She always gets a 2 piece chicken,hush puppies, and slaw. She would rate it a 5.

Went through the drive-thru to order and told them to put the shrimp in a different box because the person that the fish was for is allergic to shrimp so when they have me my food the shrimp was in the same box as the fish so before I have the food back I broke the fish in half just to make sure they wouldn't give me the same food so they fixed the order over I thought all they did was took the shrimp out of the box with the and put it in a different box after I told them about the allergy! Just give me my money back!

It's not a place I would ever go to again . You could play baseball with the hushpuppies.We went through the drive-through and did not receive part of one order.We had to pull up and wait for about 10 minutes.

Just left there, and spent $18 on a meal.. Once again I was served old fish. The fish had obviously been under the heat lamp for far too long. Fish was chewy, and shrunken from over exposure to the heat lamps.. The shrimp was the same way.. Yall got to get it together at the Whitehorse rd location in Greenville SC.. $18 is good money for drive thru take up, and nobody wants fish unless it's fresh.. My meal should be replaced, and the manager notified by their dm...
