Loved the onion rings and house made ranch but unfortunately the burgers were mediocre. Our table all ordered different burgers and they all tasted like plain burgers and we couldn't tell the difference between any of them. The burgers were also over cooked quite a bit. The waitress we had was very inattentive. We had to ask to order our meal as she kept walking away, never checked if we needed refills, and we had to walk to the front to ask to pay since we hadn't seen her in quite some time. We were greeted my another employee at one point who was the sweetest and the atmosphere was super fun! Unfortunately from our own experience I don't believe it was worth the price.

The food was very good, and the people very nice. The prices for lunch are absurd. More expensive than any downtown restaurant I've been to for the same type food. Be aware that with the music they play this cannot be considered a family-friendly restaurant. I have no problem with the music itself, but when there were multiple families in the restaurant, it was inappropriate. The picture shows the playlist that my Google heard while there.

Not what it used to be. Before the closure, my wife and I loved coming for a burger and beer and while we waited way too long for the reopening, we found a better burger. Upon returning a couple weeks ago, we learned the price was too high and the atmosphere wasn’t as great like before. The place was dead, when before, it was very alive and thriving. $55 without tip for two and a beer is too much. The only thing we loved was the tater tots.

Came in for dinner tonight with my husband and father in law. It was raining and upon walking up we were greeted by a very nice young man who came out to open the door for us. We were the only customers in the building which we found a little weird for so close to dinner time. We were greeted by the waitress super quickly and received most of our drinks just as quickly. I ordered a beer and hadn’t received it but having been a bartender and server in the past for 13 years I figured it was coming. We put our food order in and the food came pretty quickly. I again asked if my beer was coming and the waitress assured me it would be right out.The food was so good. My husband and I both ordered medium burgers and it was very refreshing to have a place actually make them medium and not medium well. Food had very good flavor and came out hot.At the end of our meal the guy who was expediting came over to ask how our food was and to see if we needed anything. Shortly after our waitress came back and we asked for the check. I can only assume that maybe she was new as I still never received a beer after asking twice. When getting the check I wanted to make sure we were not going to be charged for the drink we did not receive and she said she was charging us for the one I had. I had to remind her that I had never received it.Overall the food was excellent and we will be for sure going back.

Had lunch wit a colleague today. Burger was fantastic. Service and atmosphere were great. Love the new decor. $16 for a premium burger and a side is a bargain!! I’ll definitely be back… Ate at another burger spot last week and paid $20+ for a burger and a side and left there underwhelmed. You guys ROCKED it today! Keep it up…

Stopped by for early dinner on the way to an event at Furman...really like this place! Friendliest of staffs, food was really good (best mozzarella bites anywhere!), awesome craft beer selection, cool vibe. I like that this place is designed such that the bar is separate from the "family" side so they can easily host a family crowd and adult crowd at the same time. And unlike downtown...you can park! Great casual fare spot...check it out!

Initially, I was a little underwhelmed. I was the only customer here the whole time, but still it took about an hour to get my food. The chips and 3 appetizer is alright. Chips are great, but the queso was grainy and the spinach artichoke dip was mostly veggie forward. The french onion was great though, so that helped redeem it. I ordered the smokey and the bandit and it was INCREDIBLE. Hands down best burger I've ever had! It was a flavor explosion! Kudos on the food. Wish there was a better atmosphere.

This place used to be sooo good but sadly that’s not the case anymore. Along with the new strange ordering system, both of our orders were completely wrong and the food was flavorless. The chip and 3 dip appetizer was just sad. Don’t order it. My boyfriend ordered the LTO burger and it came with no LTO… The burger I ordered comes with three toppings on it and one of them was missing. We ate all of our fries before the missing items were even brought to us. I typically tip at least 20% no matter what even if the food and service isn’t great but to be forced to pay 20% when you are getting NO service is just wrong. I was too eager to get out of there to even say anything. I understand that it takes a little bit to get back into the swing of things opening back up but every single thing was so bad.

Friendly and attentive staff. Loved the burger I had. Having board games there helps to make it a great hang out spot. Love the beer selection and cocktail menu. We will DEFINITELY be back!

This is the third rendition of LTO Burger since 2018. The original restaurant we enjoyed. We would eat there almost weekly as a family night. The second go around, pre-Covid, the restaurant started to decline. The atmosphere was more of a sports bar. It wasn't as family friendly and fun. We noticed that it was re-opening post Covid for a third time so a few of us decided to go and give it a try again. Honestly, the food wasn't bad. However, they try to force you to order via your phone, wanting your information, and then pay via a app called "toast". I refuse to do this and as you notice in my receipt, I had a 20% service charge added. No tip for you! This is the last we will ever walk in this place.

Seems like I should have read the more recent reviews before coming. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. They have an app they say to order and pay from but then also have someone to come take your order. The service was actually very good, 5 stars there. But then they automatically put a 20% service charge on your bill.. we normally tip at least 20% anyways but I don't like the feeling. Biggest thing is how expensive it was. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 iced teas and it it was over $50 for lunch!!! It was decent but not for that price. Won't be returning..

9/18/22 Three ladies and myself went there after church and had a delicious meal. I'm from California where I'm used to really fresh delicious food, and I gave this place a strong thumbs up. Staff was very nice. Food was prompt, and absolutely great. I had the Rodeo Burger and everyone else had other things. They all loved it. The down side was my milkshake was $10.00! That was an outrageous price. The other downside was they charged an automatic 20% tip and then on the bill it gave one an opportunity to give an additional tip. I'm used to seeing mandatory tips with large groups, but we were only 4. I really didn't like that. I am a big tipper if you give good service, but I don't like it when I have to tip what the establishment dictates. For that, I may not be back. It was delicious though. I would like to see them remove that 20%. Let me decide what my tip will be by the quality of the service.

The old concept and food was 6 stars AMAZING! Today, no where close. We ordered a burger, the pastrami grinder, and wings. Burger was dry and flavorless, grinder was lukewarm. Certainly not worth the $18 each. Worse still, our table of 3 had an automatic 20% service fee added in. Service was not an issue, our server was very nice. All in, 3 people had lunch with 2 drinks for $100, food was probably worth $40 based off taste, at best. Will not go again.

Really miss the old LTO. The new place is really hands off. They want you to order everything from the app that you scan at the table. We never recieved refills and had to get our own napkins and utensils, to which they questioned why we didn't have any in the first place - because they are hands off! They have added pizza "flats" and subs "grinders" to the menu so it just isn't the same. the burgers and set up they used to have was great, the atmosphere of the new place just doesn't cut it for us.

You seat yourself then order from the QR code that brings you to an online menu/tab but they also have a wait staff I guess? It was a little confusing because no one sat you or explained the new concept from the prior LTO. So, we ordered a burger, chicken fingers, a flat(pizza)and drinks from the waitress. The chicken fingers and cheeseburger came out first. The fries were cold. The chicken fingers were good but we ordered a sauce with them that never came. Then the pizza came about 10 mins later - it was ok. After that we were never waited on or checked on until we were almost done. Could of used some extra napkins but oh well. I am aware there is a shortage of wait staff everywhere so you basically hire anyone but ours did not seem to want to be there. Also, on your bill there is a 5% service fee so BEWARE. If I had to do it again I would just order from the QR code or sit at the bar. We used to come a lot before they closed. I hope the make the needed adjustments to keep it going.
