I don’t understand why most of the employees don’t know how to make a hot mocha chocolate I have just watched while they make it and know how I have to tell them but they never steer the chocolate in bottom while coffee and milk is coming out or they don’t put whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top that makes the coffee

Went and order a fudge Sunday ended up getting nothing but syrup chocolate. Was very upset the male who was working the drive thru overfilled it with syrup leaking out and getting a mess everywhere not only that the apple pies are not FRESH ! Ether are the cookies . Only thing good about this place is the fries

This place is a JOKE. three different times we have tried to place mobile orders and each time the order has been entirely wrong. They don’t speak English and can’t comprehend basic common sense. No onions on McDouble? These Aholes put the onions IN BETWEEN the two Patties. Fries weren’t cooked all the way thru. Bread is rock hard. Drinks are flat. Just go somewhere else this place needs major help.

I would give this location a zero if that was an option. The place isn’t kept well, staff is rude and it took over 20 minutes for 5 cars to go through the drive thru. Our order is usually incorrect when we receive it. This place is a terrible location.

Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue. There have been times when the service is slow or the food order was incorrect. I tried to go to another location, but they were out of what we wanted. I hope they can get better. This use to be a great location.

Please don't waste your time and money at this location. Just spent 25-30 minutes at the drive through trying to get an order for one person. Guy taking orders was new, terrible at listening, and rude, with no oversight or help from coworkers. I was so patient with this guy then he complains to me that i was messing him up when i came to the window. Was charged for something they had out of stock and ended up just getting a refund and getting out of there.
