Remarkable seafood experience. Best in town.

I am a frequent traveler for business and I happened upon this delightful gem! It is legit! I've been to New England many many times and it's authentic! The owners speak the language and the food speaks of Maine! Absolutely phenomenal ! I had the lobstah roll and I highly recommend it! Surprising how good it is as I've had lobstah rolls on both coasts so I was very leery about lobstah in the south. It's good!!!!! I'll be back

The two types of fried fish we ate were okay. The included fries and rings were not great. Hush puppies were just right. Service and cleanliness were great.

Delicious lobster rolls!! The Cole slaw and their tarter sauce is SO GOOD!

When I saw pictures of the whole belly clams on Yelp, I called and found out they did indeed have them. I was so excited.I ordered the whole belly clams to go. They were terrible! They were unseasoned and the clams were so tiny it was hard to find them among all the clam strips. I hate clam strips. I have never understood why people ate them. These clams in no way resembled the clams I've eaten in New England or even the ones in the pictures. For $28, including tax, they were not worth the styrofoam container they came in. Such a waste of money!

HS Fresh ! Large piece of well cooked haddock fish in the fish sandwich. Sandwich alone was abt $9. Totally a fair price. Plates come piled with fries, onion rings and hush puppies. Enough to share. They have a few non-fried options but you come here for the taste of New England, and it’s all fried. They have flounder sandwiches too. They have jambalaya and clam chowder. They also have shrimp, scallops, oysters and lobster rolls ($30). It’s a must stop. Can’t wait to return.

Lobster roll was just okay. Crab cakes were AWFUL. So dry and pretty much burnt. My poor kids couldn't bite into their chicken fingers. Not sure if they were overcooked or what but yuck. Just not good food. Sad that we spent that much on a meal we did not enjoy whatsoever. At least we know now.

Grilled haddock was good, same for fish tacos. Corn was?, will try again.

Just had for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Portions were generous and most everything tasted great. The tartar sauce wasn't my favorite as I tend to prefer the classic fish camp style sauce. Also, 3 flavors of soft drink were out of order and I might recommend the music be a little more family friendly. But overall definitely worth trying!

Wish I had taken before picture. This was leftover. My first thought was it was pricey. Now I know it's worth every penny. I am very picky on seafood. The scallops were amazing. Fish and shrimp had light batter and was so good. Onion rings were so good. Going to try the lobster roll next time. They looked so good.

Wicked good chowdah and legit scallops. The onion rings are killah!

As a born and brought up New Englander, I decided to go and so happy I did. Small restaurant with a lot of NE memorabilia on the walls. Fairly good size fish menu. I chose the Samplah....haddock, shrimp, scallops, fries, hush puppies and onion rings. Served in a little basket. You serve yourself for fountain drinks, napkins, etc. BUT THE FISH was fresh and cooked in a very light batter. It was delicious. Felt like I was sitting at a picnic table in Massachusetts at the ocean. The best. If you're from one of the 6 NE states, this is a must. Reasonably priced.

Food was excellent and the service was better. Our experience started with the waitress/cashier Aretha. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the menu and making suggestions. Don't get it twisted, this is not a "sit down and have a waitress" experience. But she is so on top of her game that after you order, it feels like one as she checks back frequently to make sure you have what you need. So, on to the food. OMG, the food. I am not a huge fan of onion rings but I am a fan of these. Light, crispy and battered/seasoned perfectly. The fried shrimp are the BOMB! We had the fried flounder and it was extremely tasty. We also had the scallops. They had good flavor but the breading would fall off them. The hush puppies were also very good. The shrimp jambalaya is banging! We also had the chowdah. It is true new England clam chowder. So it has corn in it. A little under seasoned for my taste but there is salt and pepper on the table. I would skip the crab cakes. They were more like a crabby patty to me. Not my taste but, hey, to each his own. Overall, it is worth the stop and we will be back.

I don't get why this place has high ratings! The food was simply warmed up fast food quality! The employees kept reasking questions we've answered multiple times. And they STILL got the order wrong And an employee standing outside by the window smoking! Walks inside, does NOT wash her hands and proceeds to handle food. This place is horrible! I came from New England looking for some decent chowder here and I was angry! Waste of time and money!
