My husband and I were walking looking for a place to eat, so we stopped at this restaurant, which from the outside looks nice and caught our attention. Our waitress was Ashley, she offered us excellent service, all very well with that. Now, I ordered a drink and the truth is it didn't surprise me, I was expecting something more based on all the ingredients it said on the menu. Anyway, the food, we expected more, for a large place, very nice, cozy atmosphere, the food should have more impact.

My wife and I live in Charlotte and come down to Greenville frequently for weekend trips. We love the city!!!We had walked past Nose Dive several times when visiting Greenville. Loved the atmosphere but could not get in. Wait was too long. This last trip over Easter Weekend, we planned ahead and booked a reservation. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what we had expected.I ordered the burger. My wife the Fish and Chips. Both came out very fast which would normally be a great thing but... We were served before other people who were seated before us. The main also came out right after our appetizer. To me that is a major service mistake. Had the pork Belly. The skin was not crisp and because of that, was like chewing rubber. The burger was dry - under seasoned - warm at best. The fries were cold and tasted as if they were sitting around for a while. The Fish and Chips were less than stellar. Under seasoned and the texture was off; sweet potato fries were also not fresh. For both, it was like there were sitting around for a while and were not cooked to order.Every restaurant has an off night. I hope that was the case here. However, we will not take our chances and will find other places to go.

Two co-workers and I just got back from volunteering at Falls Park gardening, none of us were probably dressed for the place, you can imagine... but one of the coworkers had eaten here before and loved it. So, with tulips from the garden in hand we walked in and had a great waiter. Our order was simple, nothing at all too much, 2 orders of Mac n cheese and an order of FF....I know ...lol... as we sat there and laughed about the morning and enjoyed your restaurant we all realized none of us had money and when we started explaining to the waiter, he said, Well we always have dishes to wash!!! We all busted out laughing because before he walked up we all said, well ladies looks like we about to wash dishes! Nose Dive through y'all's patience and ALOT of laughs and an hour maybe...we got that billed paid and so enjoyed ourselves at your establishment. We sure appreciate the great time and good food! Definitely be back!

Ate here for the first time tonight. No regrets! We walked in around 8:30, and they still sat us even though closing time was listed as 9. I work in food service and know how frustrating that can be for servers that have had a long day. Our waitress, Sarah, was a very sweet girl and didn’t seem bothered by the three of us showing up late. I had the fried chicken and waffles which came with half of a sweet potato waffle, fried chicken thighs, and thick applewood smoked bacon. Fairly cheap considering the quality of the meal and the location. We also loved the atmosphere! The large windows in the front of the restaurant were wide open, certainly appreciated on a night with beautiful weather. Will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I went to Nose Dive after a showing of Cirque du Soleil and were told that the wait for two people was going to be about half an hour. The time was about 6 PM and the restaurant seemed to be quite busy so we felt like a half hour wait seemed reasonable and put our names on the wait list.Within 5 minutes we were sat and had waters poured! My girlfriend and I ordered a mixed drink and a beer as well as an appetizer of truffle fries, all of which came out quickly and tasted wonderfully. For the entrees, my girlfriend ordered the Nose Dive Mac and Cheese, and I ordered the Nose Dive cheeseburger. Though our orders were quite basic, the food was not! The cheeseburger tasted fantastic and the fries were hot and crispy. The Mac and Cheese tasted outstanding and we were both blown away by the portion sizes!The real bright shining star of this experience was our service. Our server, Connor, was incredibly attentive. Our water glasses were never empty and Connor checked on us often even after we received our food. At no point did I feel like Connor was hovering over our table either, as I could see our server at two different tables doing the exact same! At one point, I asked Connor if I could buy the mac and cheese bowl because we thought it was a nice bowl. Connor contacted his supervisor, and then his general manager, and brought us a clean bowl that he had hand wrapped in napkins so that it would be safe in its bag. I believe that Connor may be the best server I have ever had in the past ten years, possibly ever! The hosting staff was incredibly friendly as well when we walked in!All in all I would recommend Nose Dive to anyone who is looking to eat somewhere with quality food and service in Greenville. The pricing is fair for the food you get and the atmosphere was wonderful!

Wth we sent it back and in 3 minutes she had a new breast on the table which told me they had this all precooked in the kitchen. My $20.00 wagu burger was ordered medium and came out raw. My fries were like rubber. My wife’s green beans on here veggie plate tasted fresh picked from the garden and not roasted or steamed or even blanched for that matter. Sorry gonna miss this place. Not going back.
I usually love this place BUT I went there today and got my regular chicken and waffles and I felt so sick! The chicken was soaked in grease and my chicken was so fatty and the only flavor I tasted was grease and syrup. I was highly disappointed and that was my meal before I had to go into work. I am not sure what happened but I will not be getting that from them again ?? I ended up eating the sweet potato fries that my aunt had at the table instead. Get the fries, they are good.

We visit Greenville 3-4x a year. Nose Dive always a go to. Today made us think 2x. Tables open but not seated. 10min wait not bad. Then in sun. 40min before food arrived. It was lunch hour but still….food not as shown. 1/2 portion. 1st was crispy waffle and spicy chicken not classic. Asked for ice. Never came. Asked for a plate. Never came. 2 servers and both missed par. I know it was the rush and when we left 75% gone. Sadly last visit to ND when we visit Greenville.
