The waiter was delayed, and we did not have our food in a reasonable amount of time. When the waiter finally got to us, he was friendly but didn't keep our cups filled. Our appetizers were burnt, and extra sauce on top of the dish to disguise the obvious black burnt part of every single part of the dish. I ordered a whiskey sour, and it had no sour. The dessert was the saving grace of this experience, but anything with chocolate is never allowed to be bad. To end this experience, the waiter took one of our appetizers off the bill, but when we paid, the machine still had the additional appetizer on it. We had to double check with the waiter to make sure that it was alright to leave the table because the red light of the pay machine was still on, and the screen said that we still had to pay the cost of our burnt appetizer.I had not been to an Olive Garden in a while, and honestly, after my experience, I am not sure if I want to go back.

I ended up at the Olive Garden in Cherrydale. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo soup and salad.Vegetarian options: The endless soup and salad is great.Parking: They need more handicapped accessibility parking.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring books.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheelchair service

We have been eating at Olive Garden for 20+ years and have alwats loved it but something has drastically changed recently. My wifes Chicken Scampi tonight was littered with rotten peppers, which was acknowledged by the manager, and they recooked her scampi and took it off of the ticket. I had the tour of Italy, with Pasta e Fagioli. Everything had a weird, bitter, musky taste to it. Im not sure if they have changed the ingredients, or the cheese used or what but it wasnt pleasant at all. Even the bread sticks have changed and werent good. My review has nothing to do with the server or manager, its the food. I used to love Olive Garden but I doubt very seriously that I'll be going back.
