Always been good until recently. Have been there three times. Each time told that there was not enough help. That it would be a while and probably should come back another time. Each time the hostess had broken English. So she could not answer why but she could for sure discourage us from staying . Very disappointed because each time the restaurant was not busy and plenty of tables.

Nich is my favorite!! Been a "regular" here for years. (Bar) Service is always great! Usually really good drink deals and/or happy hour. If I could bottle their (mild) salsa, I would. It's my favorite, and It's the first place I've found here in SC that doesn't just dump a can of pureed tomatoes mixed with garlic powder into a bowl, and call it "salsa". Their white queso is amazing, and their house margarita is the perfect mix. Sadly I moved over an hour away, but have and will continue to stop in as much as I can in passing, because those 3 items alone are worth it! The guacamole is also great, and the entrees are as well. I will forever recommend this place. Just Wish they'd open one a little north at least in spartanburg or Gaffney!

The food was great. My husband had the chicken fajita lunch special, and we actually could have shared that ... the portions were so large. I had the border bowl portobello mushroom, and it was absolutely delicious! They had so many roof leaks. There were buckets around in the dining area catching the drips. I would have given more stars, but we had to dodge the puddles.Vegetarian options: Border bowl portobello

My friend and I stopped in for lunch, Friday at noon. We sat at the bar. The restaurant was empty. Sat at the bar and had a great bartender. She didn't give her name.Service was great, she was clearly experienced and worked her a while. I had the chicken for heat of salads and my friend had the cheese quesidilla. I also ordered two firecracker chicken stuffed jalepeno appetizers. The appetizers were AMAZING and spicy! The salad was decent, and the cheese quesidilla was "stunning" per my friend. A little pricey for the food but overall, the ambiance, service and company made it the 5 star category.Parking: Plenty of close parking with an overflow lotKid-friendliness: Hi chairs boosters, kids menu and crayons with coloring paper.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking in the front and the wheelchair entrance is right at the door.

I loved the service, the food is not authentic Mexican, I didn't like it, I understand why I didn't see any Latinos eating there, 120 dollars for 4 plates of food and 4 glasses of water is expensive.

Josh, our server, was perfect! Attentive, quick and personable. He took care of our large group very well and gave us top shelf service. My chicken tacos were fresh, flavorful and hot. We had plenty of room and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded or noisy. Restrooms were clean and stocked. It was Margarita day and the Margaritas were $4 for a huge portion. Josh told us our choices and options. Memorable food and service.Dietary restrictions: Josh was helpful when asked about gluten free options.Parking: Plenty of nearby, free parking. No valet.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with handicap parking near the door. One door to enter.

We were in Greer, SC last week, unexpectedly. We were supposed to be there for one night and ended up staying for four. My husband and I went to on the border of the first night and sat in the bar to watch. NFL. Absolutely! In love with a bartender, Nick. What a fantastic personality and great service. We joked around about driving there from Charlotte this weekend just to hang out and watch more football the fish tacos are amazing! If you pop in, tell Nick that Steve and Lori from Charlotte said hello .

We enjoyed the food (fresh chips and salsa along with BRISKET QUESADILLAS and chicken tortilla soup. The hostess was nice but the only one serving people so it took a while to get drinks and lastly the check. Overall good and will definitely return.
