First time at Otto & was not impressed, sat at the bar. Took the bartender a bit to knowledge us. Witnessed her break two glasses & leave them on the floor & just walk over it. Witnessed her drinking. Took her a bit to ask us if we wanted to order more than an appetizer. Food was ok. Also saw white powder sprinkled on the floor in plain sight, maybe bug repellent?! Was not impressed!

Update: Gave it another try tonight. They've changed the menu and the time I've ordered for years upon years was no longer the same. The menu did not indicate a change and the description still matches what I used to get. The bulgogi sliders are now bulgogi patty with cheese and onion sliders. Completely different texture, flavor, etc. (and not nearly as good imo). The rest of the food was great and our waitress was really nice.Food was great, but service was SLOW. It wasn't remotely busy or full, but it took forever to get our food, our checks... Just no reason for it other than maybe not having enough servers for a half-filled restaurant.

We sat down here for lunch. The outdoor seating was very convenient for our furry friend too. My bi bim bap was perfect, and so was my mom's spicy ramen. Some of our fries were a bit overloaded with truffle oil, but most were delicious. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend ??

The place is very nice, the service was fast and very pleasant, the food was really delicious, I ordered a dessert to celebrate my birthday and they surprised me by singing my birthday, excellent place and with a great variety of dishes, all very delicious.

A last minute selection since a parking spot opened up in front of otto's!APPETIZR - We had the perfectly prepared pan seared veggie gyoza, 5 in a serving is just right for two diners. SALAD - I ordered the avocado salad and it was honestly the prettiest presentation, such a pleasant surprise to my palate - spiralized beets and diakon, and a plentiful bed of spring greens that looked fresh (don't eat lettuce & not listed in ingredients so I didn't know it was even there - did not mix it all up so dressing was pooled at the bottom under it all never got a full taste) covered with julienned crisp cuke, 2pcs egg, Krab, a bright note of shrimp thinly sliced w tail on and a velvety smooth, delightfully green and creamy melt in your mouth again thinly sliced half of an avocado! MAIN -the wait staff gave me a few bites sample of kimchi to decide and I caved - mouth watering Kimchi fried rice with a perfectly runny fried egg over top and seaweed strips. The kimchi added just enough spiciness to balance mild sweetness. The missing cilled asparagus for the salad came minutes after my request chilled with a clean crisp al dente snap to each bite. My friend ordered the truffle oil & parmesan fries (lip smacking good), veggie fried rice and with the guidance of our attentive waiter the bar concocted a non-alcoholic-Tini which was enjoyed very much. Next time I hope I do better at staying on a weekday budget for a smash burger....oops! Side note: I'm amazed that I went to otto's and didn't order any sushi!! Unheard of for me.
The serve is great, from the bar to table service. I would Definity stick with the sushi here. The broth in the ramen was too concentrated and the chicken fired rice was too too dry. But the sushi is amazing, never disappoints!

The service was fantastic and the food delicious! The ambiance was a little darker than I expected but didn't take away from the experience.
Very impressed! My daughter has her birthday dinner there and when we called to set up a reservation, we let them know. What we didn’t expect however was a beautiful display set up for us, all decked out in Happy Birthday ?? display, Balloons, Ribbons, and fun stuff to wear. That was a complete surprise for all of us. Service was excellent! And the Nigiri ? was a beautiful display! Thanks so much Otto
