Living right at Camperdown, we decided to head to Paloma for drinks and live music with friends. However, our visit left much to be desired. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff, including the bartenders, appeared disinterested and almost bothered by our presence, as well as that of other patrons. We decided to give it a chance and ordered drinks, hoping for a turnaround in experience. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. It seemed like our enthusiasm wasn't reciprocated, and our interaction with the staff fell short of our expectations. We had hoped for a positive experience, a fun place to unwind with some afternoon drinks and apps while enjoying live music. Sadly, Paloma didn't meet these expectations. We share this feedback in the hope that Paloma can improve its service and atmosphere. Regrettably, based on this experience, we won't be returning anytime soon. Downtown boasts several other fantastic restaurants, therefore, we will not be returning to Paloma anytime in the near future! It's probably better left for hotel guests.

Great location to downtown and all around amazing spot. You can't go wrong with any of their drinks. The potatoes bravas are exceptional with the sauce. Great for a family or date

Cannot say to much, except the place looked a bit dirty and the servers were too busy chatting to serve anyone. We departed after 10 minutes of waiting... went to Larkins for a great happy hour... good luck!

Really cool atmosphere and vibe, but you’re going to pay for it. Not the food/drinks are worth the price you pay. But did I mention how cool the atmosphere was?

Walking along Main Street we saw this place and decided to stop in for a drink (or 2). Wonderful location and great bartenders. My husband had a rose wine which he said was good and I had their Wall Flower cocktail. Wonderful.

Came here for lunch. They had 9 employees/servers all standing around the bar even though it’s lunchtime. Hummus had zero flavor- tasted like paste. Brussels same thing, no flavor but had a weird spice to them. BUT, meatballs were excellent!! Someone needs to revisit the kitchen with some spices!!

The place is very nice, but they lack more customer service, I arrived I did not have an adequate welcome, for the kind of restaurant it is, I think that part is a little bad, the presentation of the food was very good, I liked it, for me palate a little salty, the wine was perfect, the brownie hmm too dry... but hey, a good price, I even asked for coffee, I don't think they offer it, but I understand. In short, the place is nice, maybe I will return but to drink wine.

Two of the people at our table for five didn't receive their order, even though they asked about it. About an hour after everyone else received their meal, theirs finally showed up.

Next to the AC hotel, this bar/restaurant is delightfully yummy. The barista was very knowledgeable and knew what questions to ask us for our drink selection. We had tapas - papas bravas and burger and chicken sandwiches- both were amazing but the burger was my favorite. Recommend this place for nice drinks and fresh good food. Note our bread from sandwich was freshly baked in the morning.

My husband and I had lunch at Paloma and we were quite impressed with the food and the drinks. I had the fish tacos, which were excellent, probably some of the best I've ever had. And my husband had the chicken sandwich which he really enjoyed. We both chose a side salad and found the dressing delicious. For my drink, I chose a white wine sangria, Yum.

Don’t get the Old Fashioned because they’ve turned it into something unrecognizable. The wake Me in Havana drink is good. They charge $8 for a few grams of potato that probably costs them .50 cents to put together and it’s laughable. It’s called Patatas Bravas. It’s a joke.

Came here for some live music and dessert. The coffee was good the brownie was not hot. However in fairness the menu didn’t say it was. It’s a nice little place to chill.

Considering that it was during the holidays, we were surprised that there was only ONE server AND that they were out of a few items. The food we ordered was good, the drinks - not so much...
