I don't normally leave reviews for places, but the manager here really went above and beyond. I was just recently put on a FODMAP diet (no gluten, milk, soy, certain vegetables, etc.) and didn't think if be able to eat anything like I can't at most places. However, the manager actually looked through my diet sheet and helped me build a salad that I could eat and was filling. It took probably around 10mins to figure it out, and he was helpful and understanding ever step of the way. Once the order was done he actually went and made my order himself to make sure it was prepared properly. Thank you so much for helping me! Not a lot of people really take the time to do things like that!

It's my local Panera. I'm obsessed with their French onion soup. I would say this is a good location. It's lively and most tables are usually taken no matter when you go, but I always seem to find one. It has outlets for you to work, and a drive thru if you don't want to go in. Staff is always great, it's clean, and food is consistent.I would say that my only thing is that I think prices have exceeded the quality of what you get. I feel like I could got to a nicer restaurant and get better food for slightly more. Panera food is a staple and is consistent.

Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls have changed. They taste like they came in frozen and then thawed and heated. Very tough, chewy and hard. They seem considerably smaller than previous ones. Very disappointed. I expected more from Panera...especially for $4.00 each! I guess I've had my LAST cinnamon roll from Panera.

This store is so dirty and slow at making food. The drink area had a bunch of trash around it and i saw a roach crawling on the floor. Go to any other panera in greenville!!
Got the bacon turkey bravo pick two with french onion soup. I absolutely love that sandwich on the tomato basil bread. The french onion soup is the best soup they have, but this just didn't hit like usual. There are no croutons and barley any cheese. Definitely better if you eat it fresh, though, but i can't see myself ordering a different sandwich, though, unless they ever take it off the menu.

I was shocked that we were not greeted by staff at front 2 registers. I asked them if they could assist. I asked about different menu items and was given a blank face and not sure of the items. Thankfully, I had pictures to go by and "assume" hiwvits made. Then our buzzers kept going on & off. We asked the kitchen but were told the buzzer would continually keep buzzing if the is ready. Lastly, a staff member used a swifter (used on the floor usually) to wipe the wall all around the window while it was open.Parking: All around buildingKid-friendliness: High chairs

This was an order from online that I picked up thru the drive thru.The lady working the drive thru was very short with me at the microphone for the drive thru. At the window she asked me my name and shoved the order at me and closed the door and said nothing. I went thru the order and I did not receive the croutons for the bowl of French onion soup. No big deal. I waited for her to come back but she just ignored me. Sorry she was having a bad day. Another lady finally came back because the line was backing up and ask if I needed anything. I just told her the lady that was working the drive -thru very rude and I stated that I write review online. I did not ask for the croutons. I did want to start a stink. Food very good though. I think I will pick the order inside next time to avoid the rude lady at the drive thru
