The employees at this restaurant are incredibly rude to every customer they come in contact with aside from a older gentleman in the back who was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. The old lady at the front desk repeatedly mistreated the customers in front of us because she was unable to understand what they were saying. 1 out of 10 would not recommend this particular location.

I ordered One pizza and some Pasta. I got to the store and The service was horrible not to mention. The employees wasn't nice! when I got home and checked my order. It was cold, dry and not fresh. So I called back the very next day and got no answer. So did I waited a couple days to call back and spoke with some manager? That ended up having a nasty attitude.I will never be going back to Pizza Hut. Keep that dry old pizza for yourself And I never gotta follow-up.

Was disappointed that my crust was not what I expected. I love thick crust however it was thin and when I questioned the accuracy cashier stated that pan varies in thickness which I’ve never heard if.

App said they wouldn’t do delivery even though it’s less than 3 miles from my house. When I called, I didn’t even get the store, just the call desk which answered and then promptly put me on hold for over 15 minutes, when I called again the call desk “transferred” me to the store to see if they were willing to make a deliver exception for a house less than 3 miles away where I proceeded to be left on hold again for over 20 minutes. Never answered, never using them again.
