Pizza Hut employees went above and beyond after they trusted doordash to deliver due to no drivers available. 2 hrs in it became apparent doordash wasn’t delivering, they quickly remade my order and delivered it ASAP. Honorable mention to the polite gentleman that delivered my pizza who shouldn’t have to apologize on doordashs behalf
I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and bread sticks online. Both of my pizzas didn't have sauce on them when I requested Garlic parmesan sauce. The bread sticks didn't have marinara sauce. Dough was tough for some reason. Not sure why that was. However, the staff member was very polite and friendly. I would give them another chance just because the staff member was decent. My wife doesn't share the same sentiment.

Ordered online and when we arrived for pickup, were pleasantly surprised by a new manager, who had amazingly good customer service skills. She was super nice, friendly and the pizza was ready and tasted fantastic. Big improvement from past visits. Hope this lasts! Certainly going in the right direction!! :)
