Notable update from the unadvertised charges concern... Portofino's reached out to me to clarify my issue and rectify it. They were not able to review how the mistake was made, but were able to identify the correct total and provide a refund. We discussed their current take-out fees (would have been $0.85 instead of over $15), which are not currently listed on the website, but they plan to look into amending the website to note that specific fee. While my experience was unpleasant that day, I greatly appreciate the time taken to rectify the issue and, more importantly, consider the systems issues that lead to the mistake.

This place is beyond AMAZING, in all areas. Our waiter was more than helpful and so friendly. He kept our drinks filled and helped recommend wonderful entrees. We started with yeast rolls and salad, probably the freshest salad I have ever eaten. And them rolls......whoa. We got the Arancini appetizer, never heard of it. If you haven't had it, get it. It is amazing!!! We also split the lobster ravioli and the Red Snapper Francese. All I can say is wow. Both entrees were packed with flavor. Then we finished it off with the Lemon Blueberry Marscapone pound cake(I think that's the name, you get the idea). It literally melts in your mouth. It is like eating a cheesecake and pound cake together. If you need a night out, come here. You can't be disappointed with anything on the menu. Our new favorite date night restaurant!!!

I want to start this out with our server. Cory was absolutely fabulous!! He was not only good as a server but his personality was amazing! The food was also amazing. I had the Angel Hair Portofino and my boyfriend had the Lobster Ravioli. And we had 2 other couples with us who enjoyed their meals as well. We will definitely be back and request Cory also.

Went for my husbands retirement party and had a group of 19!!Monica was our server and she was AMAZING!! Monica’s service was genuine and never missed a beat. Always gave us refills and got just what we needed without having to ask twice.FOOD..Atmosphere..everything was fantastic!! THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN TOWN. I can’t say enough how pleased we ALL were with the food and efficient service we received!!Can’t wait to go back!!

20th Anniversary dinner choice! We could not have picked a better place! Hailey , our server started our experience off on the perfect note. She helped with menu suggestions that turned phenomenal! The Manager, Brandy stopped by our table at the end of our meal ( such a special touch!) Our food,and service was impeccable! Do not neglect to get dessert when you visit......The Tiramesu is to die for! Thank you Portafino's for a memorable 20 year Anniversary Dinner! ?

The food was delicious. Ravioli dish was good. The shrimp and scallops were very good also.The inside was a little dark. Our table for 2 was in the middle of the floor and right in front of the music "stage". 2 guys -1 playing a trombone & 1 guitar. Kinda limited conversation.

Love everything at portofinos. Endless salad and garlic rolls. My personal favorite is the chicken and vegetables meal it also comes with a side of pasta of your choice. My husband loves their steak that comes with fresh potatoes and asparagus. Always cooked to temp!Kid-friendliness: Monday-Wednesday for every adult entree you get a free kids meal for your little one.
