Terrible restaurant!, First time eating here and we sat there for 30 minutes after we ordered food. The burgers were dry and kinda burnt, fries were barely warm, had to ask for napkins, then had to sit there for 20 minutes after eating for the waitress to acknowledge us so we could pay...We won't be going to another Red Robbin

Hamburgers were great, fries were cold, service was lacking, dining room needed cleaning.
Me and my wife when out to eat the food was great! But the service was very poor! You can tell on the look of the waiter that she didn’t wanted be here! This it’s why I’m giving a 2 start! Also the appetizer came with the food-_- pretty upset about this.

Stay away from the Red Robin location on Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC. I was left waiting at my table with my family for over 20 minutes without a server even coming over to take our drink order. When I requested to speak to the manager, after another 10 minutes no one came over to speak with us. We will be escalating our complaints to the proper authorities asap. STAY AWAY from the poor service atthis restaurant.

Order was partially wrong, had to get napkins from a hostess who happened by eventually, food tasted fine but we had an older bartender for a server, she felt the absolute need to talk to everyone in detail to the point we rarely saw her, she spent like 8 minutes with one older gentleman talking about her kids.And it wasn't just him she literally went from him to some ladies across the room and spent another 5 minutes talking about who knows what instead of serving, you won't get refills, any of your bottomless sides (if she even gets it right) or anything you need till long after you're done.So maybe this place is fine if you get a real server, otherwise you'll be irritated and miserable by the time you leave.

The burgers and fries were good. The gooey chocolate brownie cake was overdone, It tasted burnt. The host was friendly, Our server was pulling double duty as bartender, so I assume they are short on staff like most places.
