It's definitely not Colombian food, we don't eat beans at all, only on a bandeja paisa or as the beginning of a meal... nothing to do with our food, it's very Mexican!!!

The worst rice and chicken I have ever had in my life. I literally threw away the food on the spot. Food didn't look good when it came out, bad experience. This place used to be good a long time ago but now it is awful.

As 1st time people coming in we were rubbed the wrong way as soon as we entered the restaurant. The waitresses are all over the floor and stare at you while they attend to customers that are already seated, not welcoming at all. Two waitresses literally passed as we stood by the door to attend to their tables not saying a word. No "I'll be right with you" or "You can sit where'd you'd like." We stood at the door wondering if we had to seat ourselves or if someone was going to seat us (especially cause of COVID). After a couple of minutes of just standing in the doorway and all the customers and waitresses looking at us, my sister finally had to ask a customer seated nearby if we had to seat ourselves and they said yes. We seated ourselves, the waitress took our drink orders and then came back for our food order. The food was decent but could have been better. Our biggest thing was customer service. Good customer service is how you retain customers and we have been to other places that give great customer service and the food is awesome, like Don Vicente Bar & Grill. I would never go back to this place solely based on our initial impression from when we first walked in the door.

This is typical Colombian food. It has been around for many years. Its on a shopping center so parking is no issue and plenty of seating inside. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Food however is average at its best. Portions are very large but prices are according to size so I guess its alright unless you split a plate then its a good deal and both will be easily full. Not my go to Colombian restaurant but I just happened to be in the area. Go to Las Delicias or Sachas if you want great Colombian food.

Suggestion to improve customer service. A smile would help a better environment

The food mentioned in the menu is typical from Colombia but unfortunately it's far away from outstanding. I was in a party of 7 and the wait for the food we asked was outrageously long and disrespectful. In addition, when we asked the check, they charged 18% of gratuity without asking. I understand is for groups 8 or more because of the extra time in serving but the service was simply ok. I am completely sure I won't come vack and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I do recomend "Las Delicias" we couldn't go there because it was closed on Sunday evening.

I love this place. One of the best restaurants for the money in Greenville. The Platos Tipicos Colombianos is delicious, but you had better be hungry because it's a substantial meal. The plate includes: steak, chicharron, an egg, chorizo, rice, plantain, frijoles, and an arepa. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly, but not always with the best command of English. No beer on Sunday. Try it. The empanadas are tasty too.
