We had an amazing dinner with friends! The food was excellent and the staff was so accommodating. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quaint restaurant with the quality of any downtown Greenville restaurant. Drew was our server. The staff could not have been any better!

Have eaten here many, many times and it has always been great! Service and food was a little slow this visit. Bar was empty (we sat at a high top) and they had a party of 25 which slowed our food a bit. Otherwise it was great!

We love all of the Rick Erwin's restaurants. The food and service are always top notch. We also love the manager at Eastside, Christina. She always takes great care of us and all of the patrons. We highly recommend it!

Our waitress recommended a beer for my husband. It was Very good. Christy was so helpful with our 1st time to restaurant. Our meals were amazing. I don't care for mushrooms, she spoke to Chef and I got more broccollini which was excellent & I didn't feel like I wasted food aka mushrooms. Dessert, we were told All desserts were very good but if we like Expresso & chocolate that was the pie to have. It was Amazing. Our 1st time experience was fantastic and will not be our last experience

Outstanding dining experience. Wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Provided great suggestions. While the food is a bit more expensive, your tastebuds will NOT be disappointed! Excellent food. Great ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

We are never disappointed at Rick Erwin's Eastside. Not only is service stellar, but it's service with a little something extra --- every time. Our waiter Drew was delightful. Very attentive, and thoroughly entertaining. As a special treat Mr. Rick Erwin, the man himself, stopped by our table. What a wonderful and unexpected treat. She-crab soup started us off -- highly recommend. The filet with lobster tail (substituted for the crab cake) was delicious. Truffle butter add-on a MUST. Seriously, the flavors were incredible. And I still can't decide what I like more, their coffee or dessert. But who needs to decide, when they go together so well. Key Lime pie is my usual go-to, although they offer a solid creme brulee. My friend had a chocolate mousse pie -- tried a bit of that pure ecstasy on a fork. The desserts are truly right sized, nothing "small" as is usual for restaurants. The good news is you can take home the other half for morning coffee. Although you could actually split the dessert, the to go bag is a much better decision. Highly recommend, you'll truly enjoy the evening.

Given the options available in Greenville, Rick Erwin’s Eastside just isn’t what it used to be. The service was slow (25 minutes for my first drink (Mich Ultra). It came out after we finished our appetizers. So I ordered another as soon as it came, the next one came 23 minutes later. The shrimp cocktail was not fresh or certainly not of the quality that we have come to expect. The calamari was bland. I had to offer our dirty dishes to the wait staff to clear the table after appetizers. My wife is dairy and gluten restriction, they recommended the fish, but they simply served it plain - no flavor, seasoning, extremely bland. Food allergies shouldn’t mean no flavor. Certainly the scallops or a steak would have been a better option. The steaks were pretty good, but overall it simply isn’t worth the expense when there are so many high quality options available in our area. The unfortunate thing is they are just down the road from our neighborhood.

Eastside is our neighborhood choice for a beautiful plate, intimate and warm service and a restful welcoming atmosphere. My filet and my husband's NY Strip ... perfection. The best part of the night was the energetic friendliness that came from each person who cared for us. Giovanna, Christopher and Nicole treated us with a pleasantness that was genuine and personal. Christina (I think that's her name ?) is a gem. We feel so lucky to have Rick Erwin's right here in our backyard.

We love having date night here and celebrating special occasions. The food and service is always great. We love that Christina is back! She is amazing and so great with people. However, what happened to Carly? We miss her! She was so wonderful and good with people. We hope she comes back to Eastside.

We highly recommend Rick Erwin's Eastside. Our meal was exceptional - the crab cakes were the best we've ever eaten, and the lamb chops were amazing. We could not have asked for better service. We look forward to our next visit.
