First time I've ever been here and I was impressed. I was told the Philly was the most popular item so I got it and wish I had gotten something else. It was good but I've had better. I got the chicken salad as a side and was very impressed. I'm ready to go back and try something else. The staff was super friendly and the location was clean. I had a real easy time getting parked and too the restaurant so that made it a plus also. I hope the weather is nice next time so I can sit outside

This is one of our favorite places to order lunch for the office staff meetings. Everything is delicious. My personal favorite is the Gourmet Greens Salad with chicken. The new GM, Nichelle was very accommodating. Great food and great service. That's why we will keep coming back!

Poor experience here yesterday. Went around lunchtime on a Saturday but it was not busy at all. Ordered a Cuban sandwich and Caesar salad with chicken. 25 minutes later we got our food. The salad was good. The Cuban was an embarrassment to put it lightly. One thin slice of ham and a half slice of pork with half melted cheese on stale (not toasted or pressed) regular bread for $12.95. We used to love this place but in a year the quality has plummeted and the prices have skyrocketed. Sadly I don’t think we will ever be back.

I had the toasted club sandwich with ham, turkey, Mao, tomato and lettuce with beacon and it was soooooo good. My 2 year old loved her grilled cheese. This place is nice and clean and the short hair pretty young girl that took our order was very sweet. I'll definitely be back the Next time I'm back in greenville :-)

Pretty good sandwich.The potato salad was maybe the best I have ever had in my life.Kind of expensive. For 5 of us to eat it costed around $65. Too much for a sandwich shop.But I would return just for that amazing potato salad!

Great spot for grab and go salads and order in sandwiches. They definitely get busy during the week for lunch so be ready to wait or stand in line a bit! I really like the California Reuben and rotating selection of specials.

Rick's offers a reliable/good eating option with great proximity for a stroll around Falls Park. Good diversity of options. I enjoyed the quesadilla and my wife had a fresh, filling salad.
This had to be the absolute best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had! Great service, nice atmosphere. An fantastic place for lunch downtown. But the food.... was.... amazing! Can't wait to go back!

I loved my salad!But... my cousin had chicken salad and got very sick. I'm guessing it was because it was early afternoon and they were getting ready to close. I hated seeing her so sick.So... I hope they read this and are more careful about their product.

Horrible experience today. Waited 25 min for a salad to dine on only to be given a salad from the front cooler section which was a pre-made salad and my husband had to wait even longer for his chopped salad. It wasn’t even crowded when we ordered our food
