If you want expensive leftovers for your dog, this is a great restaurant. I ordered a ribeye and it was undercooked. I accepted that but it was also tough as shoe leather. I told the waiter it was too tough to eat and his only response was to ask if we wanted a container to take the leftovers. I told him "I guess i could take it home and feed it to my dog". No one seemed to care and that is not the first time I have had bad service and a not so great $70 steak. I would not go back to this location for sure but doubt I would return to Ruth's Chris for anything. It's no surprise to me they only respond to the 4-5 star reviews.

Our experience was amazing! We celebrated our 27th year anniversary and it was so special. Our servers were amazing . At the end she even brought us a special dessert without us asking! Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Ruth's Chris for making our day so much more amazing!

My mom, daughter, and I traveled 2 and a half hours for a doctor's appointment for my daughter. We were so tired from our trip but, Lee and Buddy made our experience so amazing !!! Everything was so wonderful. Thank you for all for providing such exceptional service.

This was our first time at Ruth's Chris, and it did not disappoint. The food was on point. But what made the whole dining experience was our server Daylen, hope I spelled his name right. He was attentive, informative, and personable. Couldn't have asked for more. The Ahi tuna was the star of the night! Expertly cooked steaks sealed the deal!

Our waiter Lee was very knowledgeable of the menu and when I asked his advice on a steak, he asked first what I liked then told me based on that he would recommend such and such and why.Everyone was very hospitable and the manager checked to make sure everything was to our liking. The steak and potato came out most delicious!! I'll definitely go back ?
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was romantic. Also, Lee, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This place is pricey but it was worth it!

So my husband ordered VDay dinner from my fave spot. $119 on THE WORST Ruth's Chris EVER!!! Shareable sides, yet my Brussels Sprouts container had literally 10 sprouts in it. That chicken is the sorriest I've seen plated. Been an RC fan FOR YEARS. I need an immediate refund. Valentine's Day is no excuse for highway robbery!!!

I made reservations several weeks in advance. When we got there, we were told that our table would be available shortly. Waited 25 minutes. Finally told we could sit. We left frustrated. Will never return to that location.

Highly recommend! Excellent service with all staff being very kind and thoughtful. Special thanks to staff who helped with a suddenhealth issue. Saved the day! Great meal. great service! We always order the Prix Fixe dinner: Filet with grilled shrimp, salad, sides and fabulous individual cheesecake (so light & delicious).
