Ok.... so this was our first time coming. And definitely our last.We ordered 2 combos one of them we did a side of cheese fries. The quality of cheese.....disappointing. I have pictures attached. Some cheap shredded cheese and it didn't melt.The wings I had were soooo small. I got the Barbecue teriyaki and the dry rub lemon pepper. The barbecue teriyaki I did enjoy, but the lemon pepper was horrible. I ordered a side of okra, that was good.My fiance had mild and spicy garlic, breaded. No garlic flavor and the mild didn't give mild at all.

I started off loving this place because the food always came fresh and edible. I don't know if they lost a good cook or just stopped caring about the food quality. My first couple orders I would order the wings, corn and celery yet never received the celery so I figured they had no celery so I stopped ordering it. The quality of the wings and corn were great so I stuck with trying different flavors each time with the wings until a few of my recent orders. I ordered the Monday special and my corn came totally burnt, my wings were rough to bite and the red velvet cake came chocolate. I received a credit but out a meal, so I may have to fall off for a while or until the quality of the food is resolved.

Ordered online, waited for an hour and a half, kept asking the cashier how long the food was going to be he said they were waiting for the sides. Then it got close to two hours then they said the cashier gave my food away… DON’T GO IF YOUR IN A HURRY. For some reason they never got the food ready.

I'm from Louisiana and came to visit family for a wedding...was looking for a go restaurant and tik tok led me to Smokin Wing...and I'm glad it did when i say 100% 5 stars all the way i mean food was hot and fresh customer service was A-1...if you looking for a great place to eat in Greenville this is definitely the place to go...SN I went twice during my stay 2 time i brought family and they loved it as well

My daughter picked up my order from you guys that I placed online through your website. I ordered drinks and selected to pay in-store. My daughter explained that you were out of the drink and you had no ice. I was still charged (weirdly charged, I’ll explain). Both totals include the drinks we did not receive. $19.84 was the order confirmation total and my card was charged $20.49. Again, either way both totals include drinks…. If closing up is so tight maybe you need to close earlier. No deinks… NO ICE is bananas. If the difference in price is a processing fee, I guess I get although one is charged online. If it wasn’t then someone is scamming customers… cents are under the radar amounts that people don’t usually detect then BOOM their bank account is wiped out. This is why people will continue to use 3rd party services to order so that they can bring a concern to someone immediately. Keep the drink money… clearly whoever charged it still thought the company needed it.

This was horrible all the way around. Took 52 minuets to get the food after order was placed. People that came in after received their food before we did and no they did not have a call in order. They placed the order with the cashier. Then cashier came out and said they didn't have any burgers so I had to make a sub to chicken sandwich. Food was cold and the boneless wings were over cooked. The dry rub ranch was just a pile of ranch powder poured over the wings. The fries were also over cooked and cold. The chicken sandwich was for lunch next day and when I opened it at work, it was way over cooked. The tables were dirty and sticky, the floors was dirty and slippery. If I ever visit this place again, there will never be another tip left.
