I’m not typically the one to write a review but I feel the need to today. I used to eat here quiet frequently, the food and service was always spectacular. Today was my first day back since there is new ownership. I was not impressed whatsoever. I ordered a turkey melt with no bacon and no tomato. A chicken salad sandwich was brought to me. Once I had taken it back my turkey melt was brought to me with only ONE slice of turkey and ONE slice of cheese on the whole sandwich. I did walk up to the counter and confront the lady running the cash register who originally took my order and tried communicating the issue, but in return I got an attitude. I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service as well as no attempt in making the customer happy. I paid $13 and some change for this, not including the tip. I could’ve easily went somewhere else and got better service and food for that price. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I used to eat here every week,Today I decided to come get a blackened steak and my kids got blackened chicken,grilled cheese,ham&cheese sub.I was not aware that it was under new ownership,the lady at the counter told me the steak&chicken are exactly cooked how they used to be,wrong that was a lie! My daughter couldn’t even eat her blackened chicken because it was so salty and dry our fries were all not cooked all the way,my steak was salty and dry,they didn’t have any hot sauce so I had to go to my cat and get my bottle I keep in there just to eat my food.The grilled cheese was ok and the ham&cheese sub was ok just dry (they didn’t have yellow mustard).I’m not sure if the air conditioner was broken or just not able to cool off the place but we were all 4 sweating badly and probably should have ate outside bc there was a breeze.All the tables were dirty and we had to clean our ow table,but it was lunch time.The lady at the register had a little attitude when we were ordering but I just figured she wasn’t used to working during a rush.And lastly the Pepsi and Dr Pepper both went out so we didn’t have sodas we payed for we drank water.

I am so glad we checked this place out today! It is located in a little shopping center and we almost missed it. The food was great, the portions were generous and the staff was super sweet and willing to offer suggestions. We got the Ruben, the Turkey Melt an order of fries and Onion rings. Everything was well made, flavorful and served at the correct temperatures.

I had the gyro with jalapenos on it. The meal was fantastic with fries. It also came out within like 7 minutes! I recommend this place to all looking for a good sammy for lunch!

Every time I come it is a great experience! I have an hour lunch break and can order and get my food in 10 minutes or usually less! Everything is fresh and cooked to order! This is the Club I got today. So yummy! The staff is so friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I will be back many more times. You should try it too!

This place is amazing. The owner is wonderful! I tried their Rueben sandwich today. I haven’t had one in a very long time and am so glad that I got it today!! It was spot on perfect. The way a rueben is suppose to taste! It is right across from the Haywood mall.

I don't like being treated like a dog for arriving early to pick up and order. The cooks are wonderful but the cashier lady needs some manners. I'll never eat here.

I really want to give this place a good review but I just can't. I ordered the chicken gyro wrap with home made chips and can't be more disappointed. Start with the positive: the person who took my order was great I just wish the food was too. My wrap was a dry lifeless hunk of nothing with about 4 small cubes if chicken and almost no tzitziki sauce. The homemade chips tasted like they were made days ago. The food wasn't awful but darn close to it.
