Sorriest subway. They don’t know how to make a sandwich and talk at the same time. I wasn’t asked what kind of cheese I wanted on my sub, he just chose one for me and I kept having to repeat myself because they would talk and forget what I said.

So, I’ll start by saying Frank was great. Our food was actually good, and I guess the store was cleaner than it is other days. However, the lady who checked me out shouldn’t be in customer service. I ordered a dozen cookies, and they had plenty to accommodate, but she was annoyed she was going to have to make more. She made that very clear. Once I got home, I realized she took it upon herself to only give me 8. It’s just frustrating it was done out of laziness, and not wanting to do your job.

DO NOT come to this subway!! My parents just left there and got the cops called on because one of their employees felt like he was asking for too much and yelled at my dad to get out of the store and according to her the manager advised to call the cops on them WITHOUT PROOF that my parents were being rude to them. I called to ask to speak to the manager and the employee that picked up said "if it’s about what just happened the manager told us to call the cops so don’t waste your time." I’m waiting to speak to the manger and I’ll speak to all the headquarters there are. YOU DO NOT yell at anyone better yet disrespect them. Any other manager would’ve looked at cameras and have gotten to the bottom of it. If you don’t like your job there are plenty more that do not deal with customer service!!

I ordered three Philly steaks and they were the worst I’ve ever had. I asked them not to toast the bread and they toasted the bread beyond being about to bite. We only had a little meat and barely any cheese. The sandwiches were extremely dry!! I specifically gave detailed instructions for the order and nothing was added. I ordered through the drive through and unfortunately I didn’t check until I got home. Definitely won’t be going back to this location!

Ordered express pick up while we were shopping, order said it was done so we went to go get it. we waited 15 mins just to be acknowledged and was told that they hadn’t even started on our sandwiches, that’s fine no big deal. we ended up waiting almost a full hour for 2 sandwiches, we would’ve just left if we hadn’t already paid. it was absolutely ridiculous bc most of the hour we were waiting they were just talking and goofing off. never again, i’ll go to the one beside food lion next time.

Unfortunately, this is the only subway convenient to my location and it’s always a unpleasant experience. This time they ran out of sauce for the meatball and pizza subs. They said it’s a popular sandwich. Then order extra supply!!!

Yesterday while making my sub employees started sweeping. I politely asked if they could wait until my food was prepared. When I sat in the lounge to eat again an employee came out there sweeping vigorously. This subway location is DISGUSTING
