I was enjoying my sub until I found a semi long silver/grey curly hair in my sub. when i say the disgusting look I had on my face when i seen it, I could not finish my sub. Come to realize the older lady that was working did not have on a hairnet. please do better!!!

My mobile order was on time and the subs felt a bit more substantial than the others I've received at Subways around here. It is a bit older than a lot of them and the parking lot is a bit limited but I'd definitely go again if I needed a sub.

I came all the way to this location, and I work on Pelham Road, because I refuse to be treated how I was treated at the location on Pelham Road. I come here not all the time but enough to know how the atmosphere is going to be . Employees are always friendly they speak when you walk through the door . The place always looks clean and would i recommend it ( YES ) . I had this sandwich today 9/13/23 around 1pm and I was satisfied.

Usually this place is really nice,workers are friendly and fast but this time I went through the drive thru and when I parked to eat my sandwich it felt slimy and I thought it was just me but I took another bite and it was slimier?? I opened it and you could see gelatinous strands everywhere

The sandwiches were great, and made exactly the way we needed/wanted. However I truly felt empathy for the submaker. We had ordered three sandwiches and there were two people working in the shop. I understand the secondary person might have been on the drive thru, and they hadn’t had any customers and were restocking. However our sub maker had to make all three subs by themself and the secondary person never walked over to check on them until someone came in for a door dash order and they then noticed they were a tad overwhelmed.Truly I didn’t mind waiting and everything turned out great, I just wanted to set a reminder that working as a team is very kind.
