So this is a neat experience, i like the idea of it. The problem comes in with a larger group you're going to get, for us at least 2 options for everything. Even if you buy 3 meals(2 "people" per meal) you're only going to get to choose 2 options even though you bought 3. Add in that it limits cook time and everyone trying to dip in things get hectic and makes for more crowd.I'd suggest even with a group of 6 just get 2 of the meals so you'll get your money worth. It took long enough we finally just asked for our desert to go. We also took a little of food home because it just took too long to cook everyone in 1 pot and on 1 small cast iron skillet. Overall it's something cool we can accomplish with more options at home.

Our waiter Cody went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for us. It was so much fun to pick and cook our food. It was also delicious! Cody was so kind and attentive to us. He even made us a plate made of icing to celebrate our occasion! Best waiter ever and great great experience!!

My husband and I went here for dinner and loved everything about it! We had Rick for a server and he was awesome, attentive, helpful, and fun. Highly recommend sitting at one of his tables if you get the chance! The food was everything you could want in a dinner, especially the cheese and the chocolate. The cocktails were also great - the espresso martini is a treat! We were debating between this restaurant and a couple others for our night out in Greenville and the food, atmosphere, experience, and Rick made us very happy we chose the Melting Pot!

WOW!! My sweet fiancé brought me here for our three year anniversary, and I can't believe I'm not dreaming. Meadow was our hostess, she was absolutely such a kind light that made sure we were smiling, eating well, and enjoying our anniversary dinner. Petals, chocolate covered strawberries, a note from the staff, and the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet I got to bring home!! This has been beyond my wildest dreams, and my love said staff made everything so easy. We will be back

We went for Valentine's day, they had a special menu, the starter was good, then came the board that had breads and vegetables to dip in a alpine cheese sauce, it was delicious, main course came out it was filet, teriyaki steak, chicken and shrimp,we added a lobster tail, we cooked it champagne style a variety of vegetables came with it, the last course was bananas Foster and dippers, it was absolutely fantastic, service was good place was clean, I would definitely recommend especially if you have never done this before great special day place to go, it is a bit pricey but well worth the experience.
