Nice facility. Can get busy on weekends. The foods really good but a bit pricey. They have new games you can play. Which was nice. Had a $20 coupon that didn’t work. They said they would take it off bill but they forgot. Oh well. Make reservations.

This is the 4th time we visited this establishment. We enjoy the games but the service and quality have continually deteriorated. We spend between $200 and $250 per visit. Last night one of our meals was delivered 30 minutes after the other meals with only 30 minutes left on our 2 hour bay rental. It was not busy many open bays. Then the waiter said a manager would bring out the hamburger which took 1 hour to make. We expected the meal to be removed from the bill. Not only did a manager not come to our table, they kept it on the bill. Of course we didn’t complain about it because we shouldn’t have had to ask for that accommodation. Then the waiter told me I couldn’t order a dessert because we only had 20 minutes left. He eventually capitulated and put in the order for donut holes. We will never eat there again. We will go out to dinner and just go to enjoy the activity. Don’t bring your date here.

Right on schedule, I received a text notifying me that our bay was ready, setting the tone for a smooth and enjoyable experience (made reservations online 3 hours before).Our first host was outstanding, taking the time to explain both the games and the diverse food options available. The games were a hit, and what's great is that you don't need to be a golf pro to have a good time.While the food and drinks were decent, the standout recommendation goes to the smoked chicken nachos – a flavorful delight. What added to the overall comfort was the presence of heaters at each bay, making the chilly weather outside a non-issue.Topgolf, with its combination of fun games, tasty food, and thoughtful amenities like heaters, proved to be a fantastic place for family fun. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and have a great time with friends or family.
