I went today with my gf and we had a lovely time! Stayed for the full 2 hours and ate most things on the menu. The servers were lovely and worked very quickly when they could. The food was sooooooo good, especially the rib eye meat, if you go here for hot pot get the rib eye meat you won't regret it lol. For dessert, I had a lovely fish shaped matcha and red bean ice cream and it was fantastic. If I could rate it more stars I would, this has become one of my favorite restaurants ever ??

I cannot praise this place enough! The staff was so kind and helpful in explaining to me and my girlfriend the ins and outs of hot pot dining. The food selection was amazing, and every dish came out very quickly. Overall an extremely pleasant experience.

I recently came here to celebrate my son’s first birthday with my family. The food was good and came out in a timely manner when we requested it. The short rib and kimchi was SO great. The atmosphere and experience was fun. HUGE shoutout to the manager, Makayla, for making my son’s night so special by bringing the staff (and robot!) to sing and give him a cupcake. We really appreciated her coming to talk with us, not only about our experience at the restaurant, but also to get to know us. Thanks for being so hospitable! We can’t wait to come back again!

Every time I visit Greer I've got to come by, Alex was my server this recent time and she is absolutely amazing!!! You will absolutely love coming here. Deffinetly a must see spot.
Me and my fiancé have been regulars here for the past few months and we absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, and the food is always great quality and comes out very fast. It is a little expensive, our check usually totals 70ish before tip for two people, but it’s a really nice “treat yoself” kind of meal and if you go in hungry and pace yourself properly you really do get some good bang for your buck (they usually just kinda roll me out the front door). Shout out to our regular server Payton who always makes our experience great and she is very knowledgeable about the menu items and dietary restrictions (I have celiac disease and my fiancé is lactose intolerant). Overall Volcano is definitely one of our favorite places to eat out and we’ll be back in the future for sure!!

Food is delicious and they don't hold back if you want to order more. Nice all you can eat restaurant. Would recommend both the BBQ and the hot pot for the full experience.

The wife and I have been coming here since opening day! This is the best kbbq we have been to outside of Korea. The staff here is always on point and the manager is amazing we always have an amazing wait staff and we’re always feeling welcomed when we come here, today was my birthday and they made it a very special one with the singing robot and cupcake and staff. The food is always amazing and I think the real star is that fried chicken on the bar. No complaints and it will remain to be our once a month and special occasion spot.
The food was pretty good but extremely pricey. 6 of us cost 250 without hot pots. You are paying for the experience, not high-quality food. The service is great. The waitstaff was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The experience was fun, we enjoyed cooking our foods on the grill. In all, I would go back, but probably would not be on the top of my list if asked where I wanted to eat.
