One employee was fine. The rest were too cool for me and made me uncomfortable. Also, they made me wait 40 minutes on a pick up order I ordered ahead of time when there weren’t that many people.I am 28 and was born in Florida. I’ve lived up and down the east coast. I pay taxes on my middle class salary and am a good citizen. Yet in Five Forks I am regularly treated as a second class citizen.

I love Waybacks, staff was friendly and the place was neat and clean (including the bathroom).I had the cheesy burger and my friend the Classic, everything was great.I like that it's made to order and even if it takes a bit longer it's worth it.

Every employee looked stoned they just stared at me for 5 minutes at the register and I had to ask them are they ready for me to order and I got a chicken sandwich it was undercooked and the french fries you could tell they were old that they just put back in the fryer to warm them

Good food, on the expensive side but doable, staff needs to be friendlier and the reason for the 2 star is because the cook needs to have more hygiene, he needs to wear a beard mask, that could be a DHEC citation and could cause problems in the near future if a beard hair land in a customer

A good place to get a burger if you're craving one. They have different options and toppings if you like to build your own.

I went here today and got the worst quality food that I've ever had from here. First, we sat there and waited 30+ minutes to get our food when there was one (1) family ahead of us, and they still got their food 20 minutes before we did. Second, I watched them while the workers were preparing the food and our sides (fries, tater tots, and onion rings) were finished and sat under a warming light 15 minutes before our burgers were finished being made. Third, the sides were cold by the time we got our food home (we live within 10 minutes of the establishment) and the tater tots were very light as if they had not even been cooked. Lastly, the price for the quality of food is absurd, we spent ~$45 for bad food. I just truly do not understand how burgers and sides takes 30+ minutes to prepare, especially when the place was not busy at all.

I visited this location with my Family today! The food was delicious! The customer service was phenomenal!! You could tell everyone there loved their job! I even had a manager come out to the table and ask if we needed anything and did we enjoy the food? This is what I call awesome customer service!

A1 steak burger is tangy and good. The bourbon cheese burgers are good as well. Chilli cheese fries are better than expected! Good service. Will be back to try the cheesy burger and the cheese steak, and chilli cheese dogs at the very least!

If I'm being quite honest, this place is a miss for me. The prices are astronomical, but that's most places anyway. $10 for a burger or $7 for bacon cheese fries – it's quite high. You'd spend $20+ for a burger, fries, and drink after tax and prompted 10-20% tip on the register screen when paying. The food I got was average. Because it was so expensive, I bought my wife the A1 Steakhouse burger + Bacon Cheese Fries, and I went across the street to get a pound of ground beef and hamburger buns for $6 total. I was able to make 4x quarter pound burgers for $1.50 each essentially. My wife threw away half her Wayback Burger and ate two of the burgers I made at home. She liked the Bacon Cheese Fries – it seems they use Nacho Cheese sauce and real bacon.Just be careful if you come here, because the total will sneak up on you really quick. You may find it more economical (and better tasting) to buy your own hamburger stuff at a grocery store for 80% less cost.Parking: A good amount of parking in a shared lot.Kid-friendliness: It's clean and inviting.

There were no crew members to greet you as you come in and try to order. Disorganized people making food and serving as well. I had a cheese curd in my fried pickles which was disgusting ?. Never will I eat there

Terrible experience!walked in to place a to go order and was ignored as if I wasn't even there.after 5 or so minutes of standing at the counter literally feet away from 4 staff members,me and my son took our business elsewhere.the dining area wasn't crowded and it was around 6 p.m,can understand if staff is busy but at least acknowledge customers who haven't ordered

Honestly it's a bit overpriced and underwhelming. The fry portion was very much lacking for $5.

While the atmosphere and staffs attitude were the most lack luster I’ve seen in recent months the food was amazing and worth every penny, just wish the staff would have at least tried to look happier and the inside could have been a lot cleaner! If you can try to go to the one in Duncan it’s a night and day difference!
