I arrive to the Wendy's at 11:00 pm. When I enter the parking lot there is one employee smoking a cigarette, chatting with a friend, outside their car with the drive through head set on. Thinking nothing of it, I pull into the drive throughwhere she informs me that only orders from DoorDash are being taken.Confused, I pull back around to ask the employee why that is the case. She starts with a story that they are "low staffed." Then continues to say we could place a mobile order and that sandwiches could "possibly get made"I guess her cigarette addiction took priority to her job.

got a #3 which is 10 piece nugget meal , i asked for it to be fresh. they had me sitting in drivethru for 5mins at the window. when i got home all my food had been redropped and wasnt fresh like i asked !

They were alittle busy and made us come inside instead of thru the drive thru. Then when I get inside they only have tea and hi C to drink. Then went to order the Nacho loaded sandwich and they don't have that but still on the menu. Just horrible customer service. Then when we leave they start to take orders thru the drive thru! Need help and someone to make a order correctly so they will have what they need so customers aren't upset when they come to get food.

If no star was a thing it would go to this place. Rude employees and got food poisoning from this place. Obviously corporate doesn’t care, you can tell just by reading all these reviews and zero interactions. Do not go here they are the worst, they can be dead AF and still horrible in all areas. I’m so sorry you do not love what you do or who you work for it says a lot about a business. It starts from the top and with nothing being done about this issue says ALOT .Also DINING room is ALWAYS CLOSED.

totally rude añd unprofessional i had two pre-ordered for uber eats and they said they were closed the hours stated they closed at 2am but i was there at 1:20 am and they still was rude and discarded me even though i was there with uber eats that was a pre-order.... never go there.... with that attitude

Extremely rude employees, especially at the drive thru. Had to explain 3 times I only wanted a single with cheese no onions And a dr.pepper. kept ringing up a combo. When I got home my burger had NO cheese but plenty of onions. I'm sure this was done on purpose. I will never go back there. This is not the Wendy's we all grew up with. Now I know why so many have shut down.

Put in an online order on 3-11-24 at around 11:30 pm , although there was a small line and small wait not only was the order 100% correct and fresh the jr bacon cheeseburger that i had requested extra bacon and cheese on were layered in the right, correct, and proper order so who ever is making sandwhiches on 3-11-24 around 11:30 pm/ Midnight knows what they are doing.
