My review will probably get ignored, but the lack of customer service is crazy. I understand that people have rough days and deal with all types of customers but that’s not an excuse to be rude to every customer you get. The girl’s attitude was so bad I had to drive off before I could even place my order and I rarely do that. I barely come to this Wendy’s but now I got a reason not to. I don’t have to spend my money where I’m rudely treated. And please get rid of that robotic message asking about Wendy’s points, that’s what started the altercation in the first place

Got my drive thru order wrong. not only that but the wait just for one order you might as well have a camp fire and make your own food in there parking lot before they answer you. Night crew really is bad I can’t believe they even got one. If I was you I’d eat else where really expected more outta Wendy’s.

Stopped in tonight for dinner, 4 people in dinning room, place was disgusting, trash all over the floors, every table in the dinning room dirty, Left over food on the serving counter, Cooks not wearing gloves while making food, employees standing in back just having good ole conversation. Food was cold ended up throwing our meals aways and going else wear. I'd be ashamed to run that place.

Eddie was an excellent host. He was smiling, cheerful, friendly, efficient. He was wiping down surfaces and it made a BIG difference. The fountain drink machine needed many products refilled. There were very few choices.

This one is a pretty weak location. Always understaffed, slow, and the personnel seem a bit over-challenged. I appreciate the hard work they do, but for $15 a meal this location does not cut it.

We walked in. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. There were five people working. No one acknowledged just we stood there for 78 minutes watching one guy try to put a lid very slowly,as slowly as he could, onto chili fries. we finally decided to give Chick-fil-A our business. This location has the worst slowest service ever

The place is mostly good during the day if you need a quick bite. The night crew is the whole other side of the coin. There have been a few incidents where my order wasn't right or the wait was more than necessary for the amount of workers and customers. I even saw one employee who had to grab us a straw and he took his time and just walked in there and stopped to text or do something on his phone for a good minute before coming out with our straws.Parking: This place is not usually that busy since most people choose drive thru so parking should be plentiful.Kid-friendliness: Kind of like McDonald's, it is also a kid friendly fast food franchise.

Went there last night at 11:30 after a trip to the ER. The food was very fresh and tasted great. The evening staff was awesome and represented themselves and Wendy's in the best possible way.

They really can’t do anything right here and don’t care at all about the customer. Most recent time I went, nobody answered at the drive through for 5 minutes. Then was told I was “running up the drive through waiting minutes” and corporate was going to get mad at them! Can’t believe the low quality of service and disrespect here.
