This was our first time trying this place. My sandwich the California Club was really good. My husband ordered a Philly sub and said it could've been better. The fries weren't great.....not much seasoning. My husband went in and said the people working there were extremely friendly, we would go back and try other options on the menu.

Which Wich makes solid sandwiches and the store is clean. You will get a consistent sammy from them.The only detractor and this is for the company as a whole, they got rid of all their customizing options. You can build your own still but you used to be able to customize every sandwich, maybe except the Philly. I loved that they had blue cheese and their chipotle mayo was good as well, but they no longer offer it.

The store was very clean, the manager seemed to have everything very organized and the bathrooms were very clean.I had a shake and it was very good. The sandwiches were made perfectly.

Clean place, great subs! Couldn't ask for more! Sandwiches are toasted and do NOT get soggy, like some of their competitors. My #1 choice for subs everytime!

It was our first time here and it's a bit different for ordering but it's unique! The subs was really good and the customer service was great! The young girl at the counter helped us understand how to order. Our food came out rather quick. We will definitely be coming back!

This use to be my place to go for a quick and easy lunch. Stopped in today for a sandwich and their delicious shakes.It was relatively quiet when I stopped in and I was greeted upon entry.When you walk in the place is relatively clean. Some of the tables could have been cleaner, but not a big deal. You make your sandwich to order, but you physically mark everything off on a bag.My wait time was not long at all. My sandwich tasted delicious, but my shake was so darn thick I couldn’t drink it well. Even with the wide mounts straw.Parking can be hard during busy times and it can get backed up when busy with everyone trying to figure out what they want.Nonetheless my sandwich was good, but I won’t make a special trip to come here!

They have two vegan sub options, both are really good! Hopefully they will add more vegan condiments/extras in the future but until then we will definitely be back for what they do have.

BLUF: food is great. Price was high. Greeter was terribly rude.The location and atmosphere are wonderful here. When entering you are greeting with a huge menu and pictures that emphasize goodness. The sandwich cards (which HAVE to be used to order) are confusing as there are multiple cards emphasizing different things. The greeter did not try to help us. Frustratedly talked to us and treated us poorly. The cards themselves do not leave room to add any alterations to your sandwich which can agitate people who want extra this, or no pickle that. Even the create your own was complicated because it has overlapping extras which our lovely greeter angrily crossed out and doodled to their hearts content to correct us. The fry machine was out, however that does not stop the cost from being there. And my milkshake was vanilla acting like it maybe kissed chocolate on a date in 2010.The food. Was amazing. A large is the size of the meal card. Long and good. Perfectly toasted, taste was flavorful in every bite. Perfectly distributed with nothing to be desired. Except maybe fries.Overall I will be back. I want to try the mtn dew vibe, and those fries. And hopefully a new and improved meal card with a nicer greeter.

The food is fantastic, but the chick on the register, Maria, is rude as hell. It was my first time coming and she was super snarky with answering my questions. Would audibly sigh if i marked the wrong thing on these cards you order on. This is supposed to be the “vibe club” but her energy is wack. The rest of the staff was cool, though. Prices are comparable to Jersey Mike’s but the food is better imo. i’d come again, hopefully on a day Maria isn’t working.

Which Wich never fails me I got a Philly cheesesteak today, which was absolutely delicious. They always get my order right and treat customers nice with professionalism ! It is amazing how fast their service is and how dedicated the workers are to making the guests happy. Not only is their food always FRESH with amazing flavor, their customer service blows them out of the park! Very clean establishment, I will return frequently!
