Waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. 5-6 people left the line before even ordering. Got the right food and it was pretty good but I wish I hadn’t spent the majority of my lunch break waiting for it.

Tried to order at 12pm on a Sunday and they weren’t taking orders for another 20 minutes? The lady was extremely rude when saying that as well and didn’t even bother to kindly greet me or apologize. Get your location together.

So I went last night 4/6 and at first I wanted a zinzasian zalad but I was informed that they’re out of stock, even though their marquee is still advertising it, so I ordered a Cobb instead. I sat down to eat it about 30 minutes later only to discover I didn’t have a Cobb zalad. It literally only had the chicken, cucumber, and wonton strips strangely enough. I called and spoke to a manager named Cat, she was very nice and apologetic and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I wanted a replacement and I went to go get it today 4/7. I spoke with a manager named Willie who was very argumentative and basically wanted to make like I was lying. I tried to explain to him what the problem was but as soon as I mentioned the strips he cut me off and said “no that didn’t happen cause that’s a zinzasian and we don’t even have the zinzasian right now.” I said I didn’t say that’s what I had I said it had the wonton strips on it. He rolled his eyes and reluctantly agreed to the replacement. I received the correct zalad but noticed it had very little bacon and crispy onions, I requested more and he said “that's what it comes with, 1 strip of bacon and a scoop of onions.” I offered to pay for extra and he basically rolled his eyes and walked to the back without another word. He came back a couple of minutes later handed me the extras and walked off without a word.
