The food is above grade for "fast food", presentation is good , satisfies hunger and the tastesbuds are happy. Buttered toast garnish was a nice surprise too.

Yuck. We asked for well done fries and got these old mushy ones... and they were brown y'all.So, we moved over next to Cherrydale and tried this Zaxbys again. The first 2 times, the fries were AMAZING! PERFECT! DELIGHTFUL.I came here again, after having such good experiences, and the people handed me really gross old fries again after repeating that we wanted them crispy. I have texture issues, and literally can't eat mushy fries. I'm super disappointed, and then they folks were unkind when I came back and asked for new, fresh fries. ? ??

Zaxbys has lost a step when it comes to quality and customer service. Their food used to be consistently good and now is at best mediocre. Dinner time has perhaps fallen off the most with cold fries, orders not correct, and lackluster attitudes from staff regardless of what Zaxbys I've frequented in the Greenville, SC area. And for the money, they can and should do better.
70% of the time it’s good experience but the other 30% it’s always something . Either something is left out of my order or it’s messed up . Staff is friendly though

Not sure why so low on the rating scale. I personally had a great experience here! Got here on a Sunday... right when they opened. Went through the drive thru. Chicken finger plate was on point. Fries were hot and chicken was hot and perfect! Tasty! I will return!
I visited Zaxbys about three years ago was time before this one , I live close and use to be a regular but food really dropped in quality, since it had been three years i decided to give it a shot but is my very last time , dry chicken so was bread I’m done!
