I showed up at about 6pm & I was greeted by these wonderful gentlemen with low-hanging jeans. They asked me if I wanted a drink - on them as they said - and poured a drink for me on the spot. When I asked about getting 2 Zaxby’s ‘Cluckinator’ meals these wonderful men went ahead & said I didn’t have to pay - it was very kind of them! Thankfully the atmosphere matched the customer service as these gentlemen began playing some hip hop music to lighten the mood & it really hit the spot! The employees were also great as when I brought up that I wanted a side of shrimp, an employee turned to me & said, “I’ll be with you one moment sir.”, and left the store. My family & I were continued our meal until the employee came back not 10 minutes later with fresh shrimp in a fishing net & hand fried the newly caught shrimp right before our eyes. I was about to tip for the wonderful customer service however the low-hanging jeans wearing gentlemen came & said, “We’ll take that for them.” & flashed a 100% off coupon at our general direction so I threw my wallet on the floor & skedaddled with my family, thankfully leaving the scene just fine. This location is really a vacation spot & should be considered for a Top 10 List in generosity!

i waited almost an hour on a mobile ordered-curbside pickup i had to get from inside the store. the employees ignored me the entire time i waited inside and also ignored my car in the parking lot, they could see me through the drive through/window. i was ignored by every employee until i had to basically shout to get their attention. i had already waited 20 minutes in my car and then 20 MORE minutes inside only to discover my order had been sitting on the counter with 12 other orders the whole time, the employees are LAZY as hell too, most just stood around doing nothing, the others were attempting to do work but couldn’t work a register or a drive through, finally when i got my food it was already cold. not to mention i watched a dasher get ignored too until THEY spoke up, the employee then handed him the cups to which the dasher asked “why are you handing me cups if the counter has premade drinks why do i have to go make these if i’ve been waiting?” and the employee simply said “those have been sitting out for hours?? i thought you were going to the bathroom man idk??” (he didn’t even know what the hell he was talking about i guess?) and then the dasher obviously fed up said something back but i was concerned with other things so i didn’t hear. but this was by far the worst experience ive ever had, i wont be coming back. this was pathetic.

I eat Zaxby's all the time. Usually the one on 153 but occasionally come to the white horse Rd location. The food is ill prepared most of the time sometimes the wings are half dipped just threw in the box. Too long of a wait at the drive thru. But why I'm leaving this review is the price I've been charged the last two visits. It was over two dollars more and there's even a hospitality tax now being shown on the recipient that no other Zaxby's charges. When I questioned the manager the last time he said prices has increased.. I guess just at this Zaxby's because I went to 153 and the Cherrydale location and there's no price increases or hospitality tax there ??♀️ I won't be returning and will alert people I know of the shadiness going on at this location. Just greed.

Food was old,tenders were hard by the time I got home to eat it was already luke warm and I stay two minutes away definitely a bad experience yesterday.
Consistently out of main menu items. Salad was served with brown vegetables. Someone from headquarters needs to go there and seriously crack the whip on these teenagers bc I doubt that there’s a single adult in the store. Lost my business for sure on this last one.

I got their late so I'll give till next time to redeem the food. I got 5 1 Oz tenders for like 12 to 13 dollars. They were over cooked on top of the portion. 1 ounce tend e r cooks in roughly 2 minutes I'd oil is hot dredged correctly. Anyway they were hard working kids. Good job.

I got fingers and an arnold palmer, whoever made and prepared my food 12/28 between 3:30pm-4:00pm, bless your hands. the best zaxbys i have ever had hands down ? give everyone a raise, i wish i didn’t live 25+ min away otherwise i would be here erryday. chefs kiss !
