First time using this Zaxbys location. I ordered a grilled house salad with lite vinaigrette, large fry, and used th online promotion of the 4 shrimps for free with order over 5 dollars. The shrimp and the fries were cold, they forgot to give me the dipping sauce, gave me the wrong dressing and there was only 5 small chunks of chicken on the salad. Usually when I order it from other locations it is a whole chicken breast cut up but this one had 2/3 of the chicken missing! When I tried a bit something tasted off about it and now I'm not feeling well. ??

If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. Went to grab some food, dude was stoned out of his mind when we pulled to the window. Gave us the wrong soda, didn’t give us our sauces AND cup was filled with ice, to the brim, with hardly any soda. Complete rip off. I get it’s a fast food place but honestly with their prices, I expect better service.

Sitting in drive-thru line, 6 cars deep, at 8pm on a Thursday, after trying to walk inside. Sign on door says open until 10pm, but door is locked, with several employees visible, all sitting in lobby. I called to ask about hours, and was told that the lobby is closed; that they were only serving via the drive thru, with no other explanation given. I’m hopeful that the food will be up to its usual standards, but questionable decisions by the staff on hand, with no visible signage to indicate that the lobby is closed, and no explanation seemingly available to pass along to the worsening drive thru line.

Went to the drive thru the girl sai i will be with you in a min 15 minutes after that and after 4 cars drove off still didnt come back so i drove off. There were 4 gorls leaning ip against the window area talking and on their phones andthe other employees qere standingbat the register talking amongst themseves not waitingon any cusomers. I would say this is beyond poor service. They need to get it together

Order was stone cold like inedible, soggy cold fries cold chicken, missing items. 4 person order no mods. One person had a salad that was fine, One of the tender plates was warm. The other two were ineditable. Will not return. Pertty upset with the experience still have the receipt I may get in touch with the manager, but at this point I'm pretty much done with Zaxby's.

I hate how when you order at the Drive thru, they have every single car pull forward. It is so dumb how they never have any food ready. It is five cars pulled over waiting on food. Then when they do bring food out, they don’t know who ordered what. Also, for us to be pulled over, the food don’t be piping hot at all. I wish these people had enough sense to put the Cold Slaw in a container with a lid on it inside of just putting it in a plate where your fries, chicken and bread end up soggy wet. It’s so crazy how people don’t use their heads anymore and take pride in their jobs and think about the things they do. It’s so ridiculous. I hate this place. ?

However there is a manager there named Kenya according to her name tag that I saw berate and belittle her staff while placing my order I watched her shove a box back across the counter and yell at them I don't have time for this, you need to get it together, that's the polite version. Then proceed to walk out to her car to vape. I can completely understand people are waiting for food bc there's no staff if this is how they're treated. I'll choose a different restaurant now
