ordered the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. the process of that is the HOT fries and chicken willmelt the cold cheese. well all of my food was cold so cheese obviously did not melt. manager came to the window rude af and said food is supposed to be cold and he can’t do nothing??? yes i enjoy cold fries chicken bacon and cheese for lunch. so unprofessional and ratchet. im disgusted with this place

Only got 2 tenders in my wings and things meal. If I’m paying 13$ for one meal I expect the cook to be able to count. I could understand if I wasn’t literally the only person in line. Guess that’s what I get for expecting something.

Went for 2 chicken cobb salad as i intensive due on my way home. this time almost no chicken on either ? called and talked too april store manager. she apologuzef said she had new associates. I told her im also a manager and not wanting a refund or freebie just wanted her too know what happened. She insisted twice i get at least one salad free on my next visit..ok nice but..I went back Last week ordered two cobb chicken again..told the girl in the drivethrough i had a salad from april..she said,well your names not in our book? I said well we have a book at work also..sometimes we forgot too white customers names and number Typo write..but we still honor ..she said ill have too call manager i said ok..so she did. april said sorry I don't remember you ? wow . then the girl at window So Rude said..sorry can't help you..I'm a manager at a neighboring restaurant. I never ever treated my guest the way i was treated..no customer service skills what so ever ! girl shut the window in my face and,walked off! I called corporate. no response back as promised. I will Never go too this location again ! I drive off feeling like i was no one not important..and like i was lying trying too get over..Not

Zaxby's has really gone downhill. The drive through attendant was one of the rudest I have ever encountered. The food is awful and we used to love Zaxby's. The traditional wings are tiny now and VERY little meat. The prices are astronomical and the quality is terrible. We won't be eating there anymore. It really changed post COVID. Very sad!!

We stopped going to this Wade Hampton Zaxby's a couple of years ago, after receiving incorrect numerous drive thru orders along with horrible service. Decided to try again today. Spent $55 on 4 meals. Got home to find that on our boneless wings order, they gave us traditional wings instead. Someone briefly approached the window as if to tell us something but decided not to, closed it back and went out of sight. Not sure why we were not informed nor provided an opportunity to substitute with something else. So we had one meal that went uneaten and money wasted. We don't like wasting money. All of our meals had a very small serving of cold fries. I guess Zaxbys thinks it is better to annoy the customer with an incorrect order than ask them if they would like a replacement. WRONG! Is it too much to ask of a restaurant to serve hot, decent food and get the order correct?Oh, the order taker read our order back to us so that was not the issue either. Too many other chicken restaurants on that stretch of road to put up with poor food and messed up orders.

Always hot and fresh, service is dependable. Staff is friendly. Ambience is that of a family chain restaurant. Recommended for families with children. I mean who doesn't like french fries, and Zaxby's sauce ?
