Went through drive thru, got the Asian salad 2 veg egg rolls one grilled chicken sandwich, you can keep it all! More brown wilted lettuce than in my refrigerator, soggy egg rolls,that were also cold, just overall a big disappointment! Looks nothing like the ad so you can keep it, we will take our business elsewhere!

The salad was just awful and the veggies roll was burnt and tasted nasty and the tender meal was even awful as well tasted old and the fries was cold and salty it wasn't busy and this was the service I got. I couldn't believe it never
I just got back to work after waiting in line for almost 15 minutes only to discover that I not only had one BURNT egg roll I had two. Extremely disappointed!! My office is close so we eat there all the time but I'll have to rethink my lunch plans from now

So so so so slow, everything in my order was wrong, and they didn’t give me *any* sauce despite me ordering extra and it being included in every meal. Chicken was fresh though.I used to love Zaxby’s but this incredibly poor service has become too common so I won’t be returning.

Wow, definitely not fast at all. We waited for over 25 min for one entree… the people in the kitchen was definitely not in a rush when there were three other parties waiting. The workers made comments of us standing around and looking at them. Well, if it wasn’t taking this long maybe this won’t happen…. At least the food was hot and fresh.

Seriously you need to pay attention to what your customers order. I ordered a zax snack with HONEY MUSTARD NOT ZAX SAUCE IMAGINE MY SURPRISE TO HAVE ZAX SAUCE NOT THE HONEY MUSTARD. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE ZAX SAUCE!! SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN!!!!
