Always love their chicken! I'm sorry I lost the spelling of the sweet girl at window, I Believe it's tyerria? She's the sweetest girl and I go frequently and she's always very nice. Exemplary customer service and a true asset along with the rest of the afternoon crew. Love that crew❣️❣️

I drove into town and back just to pick up a 12-piece family meal for a special occasion. When I opened the box at home, I only received two large sides instead of three. This was after, at exactly noon, they were “out” of my favorite side, so I had to substitute an undesired alternative. (That alone should warrant some discount.) They completely omitted to include in the box my large mashed potatoes & gravy side. Then, I only received four biscuits instead of six, which was not enough for the family. Finally, they did not give a receipt, so I don’t even have it to use in following up with a complaint. This meal is way too expensive for numerous components missing.

They take a long time to give the food, I waited like 20 minutes for a sandwich and there were no people so hard for them to make a small sandwich? The cashier understood me well and was polite, then a dark-haired girl came out, angry that I had claimed for my sandwich, what kind of people hire Bojangle's!

Poor customer service and long wait because the employees who run the store accept 1 drive through order at a time and 1 car at the window… is this Bojangles policy or lake or Managment oversight.Was told it would be 4 min on fillet and 5 min in boroughs at 5:06 and now it’s 5:25.. how does that math make sense?Very inconsistent for a normal chain who has a straight menu

How you go to Bojangles at 6:25am and everything is hard and old and refried, and they opened at 5am. Fries and bo round was recooked in old burnt grease and was hard as hell, biscuits was cold and hard.
This place is a 50/50 chance of being good. Some days the food is fresh and delicious but other days it's cold and gross. The last time I was there I ordered 4 biscuits that cost almost $20 and every single one of our biscuits were extremely hard and cold. It was like biting into a rock ? we had to tear multiple pieces of the bread off to eat it. Anyways with that being said it's really good as long as the food is fresh and not hard lol

Staff was very friendly & the restaurant was very clean. 5 stars all around!Parking: Sometimes, parking can be a hassle bc the drive-through vehicles wrap around the business, but there's parking on the drive-through side & the mechanic shop beside Bojangles.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
Food was made fresh, I didn't have to wait for food, inside was very clean with plenty of seats available.Parking: Due to the layout of this location, when the drive-through has a long line, it limits parking on the east side of the building facing 72 bypass. However, there is parking on the west side of the building where the drive-through is located plus additional parking in the lot beside the drive-through where there is a mechanical shop.
