Visted 1st & last time on 4.20.2024. Ordered 2 teriyaki chicken entrees for around $26. The chicken was extra dry and hard as if it were cooked 2 or 3 weeks ago. The fried rice was also hard. Over priced and poor quality food. I will not waste time nor money here again!

The food is awesome and the customer service is amazing!! I come to eat here every week and they never let me down! I really enjoy the shrimp the most, and the steak is also great! If you haven’t been here, or haven’t been there In a while I would surely try it out if I were you! This place definitely deserves 5 stars.

While the service at Boun's is quite good, the food is just average. We just moved from the DC metro area to Greenwood. Maybe we are just too used to the Japanese food up north. We ordered the beef and chicken combos. The chicken was rather dry. The beef was tasty enough, but a bit tough. The sauces appeared to be a cross between teriyaki and red wine sauce, and too sweet for my liking.

While waiting on a to go order, the cashier came out and wiped one table off with a dirty cloth and went back and fixed plates with out any gloves nor washing her hands before doing the plates.
