Restroom flooded, terrible odor. Handicap toilet not flushed, toilet seat "wet". Went to management & was told her staff did not service bathrooms. Had a "cleaning service" that might be arriving soon! Of course I didn't buy any food in this nasty establishment!

The only reason I am leaving a review is because the employees here are really top of the line for a Burger King. I always use the drive thru and no matter what I order the women who work the window are polite and try to make sure you get what you order. Most items come out fresh and waiting a few extra minutes for something to be cooked fresh is not something I would ever complain about. Best BK around

The employee Matt was very friendly when I pulled up to the speaker and he even did suggest at Hershey pie or two chocolate chip cookies to go along with my order that I politely declined but it is nice to see some employees still have that customer service upsell experience.. He was very friendly and outgoing and hardworking.

Awful customer service!! The lady at the window tonight act as if she didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile, no receipt. I spent $37 on cold food for my kids to eat. If she doesn’t like her job then maybe she should find another one where she doesn’t have to deal with people. I come here often and this is the worst service I have received. Correct this please.Parking: Good parking but who wants to even park here with the kind of service I received?
