Only gave 2 stars because the pizza was fine.Service- terrible. We had a call out order on January 26th,2024 at 8:45. We walked in at this time. One customer sitting down waiting and no one else other than us. However there were 6 employees behind the counter. 6. And not a one acknowledged us for at least 3-4 minutes while we stood at the counter waiting. A couple even turned and looked at us and said nothing. Not a word. Have been eating out all week while staying in hotel in Greenwood , best yet...? the food was 1 hot 2 the correct order 3 the young delivery guy was nice and polite Haven t run into any of these 3 in the week I very been here !!! FOOD was fabulous... Thank you

UPDATE:I updated the review after going in store and speaking with the GM. She was very apologetic and friendly. We resolved the issue with a full refund.***********************************If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I placed an online carryout order at 6pm and immediately called the store to update my order to delivery. I was hung up twice and the girl finally updated my order and charged me for delivery saying it would take 55 mins. Over an hr later I call back...read full review
