“Food was excellent. I had the Mahi and lake chips which was served very quickly by Tab, our waiter. Tab checked on us throughout the meal ensuring that our drinks were filled, inquiring about anything else we might need. She was super attentive and must have a photographic memory, 'cause she related details about every menu option we discussed with seasoned advice. Tab rocked in her delivery of service along with her outgoing, friendly attitude and personality. There was a gentleman roaming around from table to table and he always checked on our table as well. TOP NOTCH SERVICE and really good quick food. Thanks! Another thing worth mentioning is that the entire place is clean and spacious with amazingly clean open bathrooms.Wheelchair accessibility: My wife was on crutches and she could negotiate without any obstacles.“

“By 11:30 a.m. the line had already begun to lengthen. And it's only a Monday. Something must be cooking in the kitchen. This converted Pizza Hut asserts Amish-style cooking with a protein and two sides for only $8, which includes bread and a dessert. Get in line, read the board, and tell the server what to scoop onto your plate. Find a table and pay when you're done. Simple.Locals quickly filled the diner garnering plates full of fried chicken, meatloaf, or chicken and dumplings, with sides of mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, green beans, butter beans, or steamed cabbage. I don't know what the Amish might think, but after a few "darlings," honeys," and "y'alls," plus the obligatory bowed blessing sprinkled about, everyone seemed happy as a preacher after church.Looking for southern comfort food served quickly by friendly people? Got the oil frying in my "Give 'em a whirl" meter. Try here.“

“Was going to visit my fathers grave and needed some flowers. I usually stop here when I'm in town. On this visit, they were semi-crowded, but this was a Saturday. They have flowers right in the front of the store and instead of the regular ones I get, I opted for poinsettias to put on the grave. They were really cheap, small and cute. The store was jammed packed with goodies. The produce looked really fresh (as I passed by). I opted for self-checkout since I didn't have a lot of stuff. Short and quick trip, but well worth it.“
